    my offc almost 8 no. of jio are active but all are facing voice break , voice dropped, call dropped issue since last 4 months, so many complaint to @JioCare @reliancejio @MukeshAmbanima, except sms, no improvement in service, port out & court case are the option left out.

    @indian_stockss @reliancejio Yes... jio destroyed telecom sector and they are also not providing proper service .

    @JioCare totally disillusioned by Jio IR service! Horrible exp with the backend team. A Vijay Prasad told me he will call me on another India no tht I hv 2 help but nvr did. Was he watching the IPL final? After waiting I called agn but no one picked up the call despite long hold.

    @JioCare This is a village-wide network issue, not a problem with my individual connection. All Jio users in our village are experiencing weak signals, loss of 5G, and poor network coverage. Whenever there is a power cut, the network drops further and stays on weak 4g.

    @JioCare You charge heavily promising 150 mbs and uninterrupted speed but you fail to provide even 20 mbps that too with outages.. ONT change request since momths finally accepted and a technician was assigned for today..all of a sudden all details vanished and now on hold

    @reliancejio @JioCare Network & internet in Badram, Husainganj, Siwan, Bihar 841241 is DEAD for 2 days! We have a Jio tower in the village but ZERO connectivity & no action on complaints. Are we paying for a showpiece tower? Fix it NOW or we port out! #JioDown #Bihar

    Hello @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare @JioCare Your jio prepaid services are very bad and poor I have been many times complaining about this issue but problem is still . Your internet service is very worst and very slow poor in the world. So I switched to another service provider. I am user of jio family of 13 years but I am still not able to connect with them.

    @JioCare @JioHotstar Jio says my JioHotstar subs is active till 18 Aug 2026. JioHotstar says there is no active subscription. Both statements are in writing. As a customer, am I expected to believe Jio or JioHotstar? The entitlement exists acc to Jio, yet the app asks me to
