    my offc almost 8 no. of jio are active but all are facing voice break , voice dropped, call dropped issue since last 4 months, so many complaint to @JioCare @reliancejio @MukeshAmbanima, except sms, no improvement in service, port out & court case are the option left out.

    It's been over a week since I filed a complaint regarding problem in my jiofiber connection. The engineer who visited said that it is the work of jio's operations department and they have passed the task to the respective team. Haven't heard back since then @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare jio net in my city when electric power cut them jio net stop working this problem more then 4 year I have complain more than thousand times in jio customer care same reply we are working on this issue. It's time to move on Airtel. Jio customer care services is very bad

    @reliancejio, it appears that a vaccination center is working here with the help of Reliance. I am sure you wouldn't like a rogue like him to sit there and spoil the fair name and contribution of Reliance in fighting this pandemic. Please look at the matter. It's a request🙏

    @JioCare @reliancejio If you would had improved here, there was a chances of lot of business improvement too, like CUG Connections, LAN Connection etc, but your local authorities ask/force for CUG & LAN Connection before initiating network improvements this is how ur business strategies works???

    It's 2021, and our area still doesn't have internet feasibility. That's so bad of you @JioCare @ACTFibernet @Airtel_Presence Thanks a lot for those "No feasibility" reply mails. (P.S. I'm posting this with my mobile data)

    My problem still exists.....and there's no solution to it yet!!! Last time when I had complained to Airtel, they had sent technical team to check network range & u guys are least bothered??? @jioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare my jiofiber router is not working after installing jio extender installed by jio team .. please assign this ticket asap to resolve the issue
