my offc almost 8 no. of jio are active but all are facing voice break , voice dropped, call dropped issue since last 4 months, so many complaint to @JioCare @reliancejio @MukeshAmbanima, except sms, no improvement in service, port out & court case are the option left out.

Connected with #jiocare at chat and they kept asking same question and finally they said to wait for sometime and issue will be resolved automatically, I told them that it's already been 10 days, no response. I asked connect me to supervisor he denied. @JioCare @reliancejio

I have ordered a new Jio fibre connection along with set top box, the order no is NO0000N0ZH3Z. The engineer came on 27th and coudn't install saying there is some technical issue @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare your services are horrible, there's no coordination in your team. Every Tom& Harry calls for installation and has no clues what he is supposed to do. I would suggest refund my money and send me some saridon .. goodness what a pain it is to experience you @reliancejio

@reliancejio @reliancejio sir i am waiting for pickup of device from one month every time same response we are working on it. Don't use jio fiber guys any issue they won't help. They don't have time to pickup device from 30 days also .

@JioCare @reliancejio Fiber or @JioCare speed also checked at this location Mansapur Saharanpur 247001 not available. Very poor internet connectivity and speed. Giving 2G speed in the name of 4G.
