my offc almost 8 no. of jio are active but all are facing voice break , voice dropped, call dropped issue since last 4 months, so many complaint to @JioCare @reliancejio @MukeshAmbanima, except sms, no improvement in service, port out & court case are the option left out.

Pls don't buy one plus nord. It doesn't support VOLTe after a few months. Don't get fooled by product description. Feedback from Jio Customer care center. Jio Volte feature is supported by other phones except Nord. @JioCare @OnePlus_IN @oneplus #faultyProduct

@JioCare I can't be on a customer executive call every other hour and still not have engineer visit. There has been a bigger level escalation in my corporate and your service is pathetic. 12 calls in a row since 3 days and still no engineer. @jagograhakjago please look into this disgrace

@reliancejio I have connection of jio fiber which is in operative since 14.08.21 7.00 am. It is not being attended by jio despite several calls and complaints. False assurance being conveyed. The service engineer has once given false report of home locked. No 5813555493.

Registered complaint 3 days ago, and still airtel didn't able to fix that. Executive called me yesterday and told me he will visit in evening, today he is not answering the call. Great time to switch to @reliancejio @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@JioCare I've recharged my number yesterday around 5Pm, but I've received any messages nor I'm able to call and use internet.I've contacted the retailer,he said the recharge have been and even showed me the message which said "Success". Tried calling the customer care, none work.
