    my offc almost 8 no. of jio are active but all are facing voice break , voice dropped, call dropped issue since last 4 months, so many complaint to @JioCare @reliancejio @MukeshAmbanima, except sms, no improvement in service, port out & court case are the option left out.

    @JioCare my issue is since installed i didn't get network like it shows green light but network not working, my technician team said that this is the backend network team side issue because they didn't activate my airfiber. Kindly look into this my issue and resolve it my issue

    @JioCare This clearly shows a complete lack of accountability, confidence, and commitment from your team towards resolving customer issues. Instead of fixing the problem, your staff is advising customers to leave — which is shocking and reflects very poorly on your service standards.

    @JioCare If it was a 1-time offer, WHY did your official WhatsApp send a link for "Rs.707 for 60 days validity" & accept my money? You can't take payment for 60 days & then deny the service. Adjust this bill for 60 days, or REFUND my Rs.707 immediately!

    @SonyLIV @JIOAIRFIBERIN @reliancejio I paid around 8500rs per year. The given photo has premium caption written on it and 4 minute ads appear, is this what I spend money to see? Shame on you jio and sony live dont buy jio airfiber or sonyliv subscription poor service.
