    my offc almost 8 no. of jio are active but all are facing voice break , voice dropped, call dropped issue since last 4 months, so many complaint to @JioCare @reliancejio @MukeshAmbanima, except sms, no improvement in service, port out & court case are the option left out.

    Customer service processes @reliancejio seem to be well thought thru. The optical Fibre in my Jio Fibre has come out. The technical team called saying there appears to be some issue with your router. Can we help and can you see something wrong with your set up. All sorted. (1/2)

    GTPL broadband worst service ever seen. Fiber line broadband taken 10 days before but daily service is stopped in evening and daily i had to log complains. @GTPL_Hathway @reliancejio @BSNL_GJ

    @JioCare I have this postpaid number 7877578757, which has been deactivated by Jio without any reason and when I talked to customer care, they said that it would take around 24 hours. I have only one number and what if something happens. How do I connect to my family. Act ASAP.
