    my offc almost 8 no. of jio are active but all are facing voice break , voice dropped, call dropped issue since last 4 months, so many complaint to @JioCare @reliancejio @MukeshAmbanima, except sms, no improvement in service, port out & court case are the option left out.

    @JioCare Beauty of this worst service provider is they took 3000 rs in advance and I awailed only one day service and thereafter their fibre is down . Atleast 10 complaints to call centre. Pathetic. Now they say will not refund also

    @JioCare How is that going to be of any used cause your engineer has already told me that “the issue is on the backend, and he has done everything he could." Secondly it's been 10 days since I've been complaining don't you think I should be compensated for these lost days.

    I am writing this email with deep frustration and absolute disappointment regarding the pathetic level of service I have received over the last four days. service request was raised on 1st June 2026 regarding breakdown of my Jio Fiber internet connection. @reliancejio @jio_fiber

    @JioCare @JioCare I think you misunderstood. I do NOT want the installation anymore due to the delay. I am explicitly requesting a CANCELLATION and REFUND for my order NO0001DTXLSO. Please do not send an engineer. Cancel my order immediately and process my ₹2221.46 refund.
