    my offc almost 8 no. of jio are active but all are facing voice break , voice dropped, call dropped issue since last 4 months, so many complaint to @JioCare @reliancejio @MukeshAmbanima, except sms, no improvement in service, port out & court case are the option left out.

    @indian_stockss @reliancejio Yes... jio destroyed telecom sector and they are also not providing proper service .

    @JioCare Hi Shashank. Please specify how would I get the new sim. No one contacted me yet. Your Golmuri store service is very bad sorry to say but it's a bitter truth and a black spot for jio.

    @JioCare what a third rate wifi service provider you people are running.Its been more than 3 weeks now for me to put in my re-installation request but none of your agent executive/technician has come or called up to reinstall the wifi.

    Disappointed with Jio. Applied for port-in from Airtel on 18 April, completed KYC online, paid ₹349 recharge, but SIM still not delivered. Delivery guys number is fake/unreachable. UPC is valid till 22 April. Please resolve urgently. @JioCare @reliancejio horrible experience.

    @JioCare It's really a failure of Jio service. .installation completed without the proper service activation! Days been draining out without the usage of the service. Technical vsist being scheduled but no one turning out to resolve it. If not please provide the refund of the same
