    my offc almost 8 no. of jio are active but all are facing voice break , voice dropped, call dropped issue since last 4 months, so many complaint to @JioCare @reliancejio @MukeshAmbanima, except sms, no improvement in service, port out & court case are the option left out.

    @JioCare This is regarding SR00001745TO. I had raised a refund request last month and till now nothing has been done. I was told that within 7-14 days refund will be processed. But now customer support has replied that it will be processed after 30 days. Highly unprofessional

    @JioCare As you are already aware, the time for engineer visit has already passed and I have not yet received any information . There is not single number on which a customer can contact and your app is just not working. Moreover I have not yet received any information abt visit

    I had some issue with my jiofibre today for which i registered a compliant but the engineer who visited today came without any tools, wire and stuffs. I am feeling like stuck with this box!!! Also had important stuffs pending on my list but jio has no **** to give @JioCare

    @reliancejio worst service ever, they don’t know what customer service is. Seriously disgusting. This is the reason I never wanted to opt for jio anyways.
