    my offc almost 8 no. of jio are active but all are facing voice break , voice dropped, call dropped issue since last 4 months, so many complaint to @JioCare @reliancejio @MukeshAmbanima, except sms, no improvement in service, port out & court case are the option left out.

    @JioCare Hi @reliancejio @JioCare your technician visit at my house and after 1 hour work still resolution is not provided and now he saying they need 24 hours to fix this what is this behavior ?

    @JioCare I ordered a SIM card online May 15th, but a message on 18 may said the order was initiated and advised contacting an agent for an appointment. The provided agent contact number was unreachable. I need help resolving this to get the SIM card.

    Hey @airtelindia you think that in India you are now only operational with your duopoly partner @reliancejio do whatever you want to do your network is bad Wi-Fi service is bad my SIM card lost in france and now they need OTP where I can give that @TRAI we need 3rd network

    @JioCare Incredible "service" from @JioCare. Log a request, wait around, and watch the engineers cancel it without ever showing up or calling. Twice in a row now. Why does your support system exist if your team just ghosts paying customers? @reliancejio

    @JioCare Jio Airfiber isn't working. This is happening frequently now. Request you to look into it ASAP else I am exploring other service providers. Raised a service request SR0000366M4T.

    @JioCare Hi team as per your statement today is also complete.still i don't get any update So very clear you treat your customer like a dog so kindly return back my i choose other network they ready for ontime installation and our circle change the network day by day. very worst service.
