my offc almost 8 no. of jio are active but all are facing voice break , voice dropped, call dropped issue since last 4 months, so many complaint to @JioCare @reliancejio @MukeshAmbanima, except sms, no improvement in service, port out & court case are the option left out.

@reliancejio @JioCare , I'm having a lot of data to use, and I stay where the 5g coverage is decent still unable to use 5g network just because I have not recieve the welcome offer after having a 5g comparable device, help. Thought I've applied for the welcome offer 1 month back

@JioCare getting threating calls from your customer care executive for a connection that i have closed and upgraded to a new jio fibre. I have the telephone recordings from your customer care. And there is not action being taken against them

@airtelindia #Airtel #airtelxstreamfiber Why is it so difficult to get a fiber conn in d society even after approvals from soc. Been 1 month & team has just stopped responding. #reliancejio took exactly 4 days to have the service installed and running. Xtreme dissatisfaction.

@JioCare please at least have the good corporate sense to call back a customer when he has shared his contact no and customer id yesterday after no show by your technician on a ticket raised and now 48 hrs of no internet at my residence. Unacceptable in todays times.
