    my offc almost 8 no. of jio are active but all are facing voice break , voice dropped, call dropped issue since last 4 months, so many complaint to @JioCare @reliancejio @MukeshAmbanima, except sms, no improvement in service, port out & court case are the option left out.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I from Chennai, Sholinganallur where past 15days+ Jio fiber is not working.We have raised ticket (SR000030I8QB), but still its not resolved, Not even service engineer visited to check the issue. Requesting to resolve issues ASAP.

    1/5 Extremely disappointed with @JioCare and @reliancejio. My primary Jio SIM has been inactive for the last 15 days and despite contacting customer care multiple times, my issue is still not resolved.

    The biggest fraud and total bunk is 198 supposedly a number to complain about faults. If you ever fall for the trap your day is over. Rather than recording customer complaint it goes in a winding story about what Jio is and how glorious are its offers and plans! @reliancejio For over a year now my mobile connection is as as bad as ever.. Poor reception and very poor connection
