@reliancejio It's too difficult to use Jio sim. Too much call drops , slow internet access, i can able send messages in whatsapp. That's the situation right now in rural areas .

Hi team, Can someone please help my parents. There is no internet at home, they booked a slot for 6-7,7-8 engineer & someone cancelled both the slots without even notifying them. They had a very bad experience with previous engineer who threatened my dad as well. @reliancejio

Why , @reliancejio charging 350 for 5g and still providing 2g services, What kind of scam is this?? Internet speed gets really slow every day it takes 10 minutes to connect with 5g . It's happening with everybody, i think it's time to switch....

@JioCare Having a 5G phone and a 5G SIM, yet I’m getting zero internet speed and constant call drops! Honestly, I feel stupid for paying so much for a recharge when the service is this unusable. The trust I had in Jio is completely gone. Fix this issue ASAP, or I'm porting out

@JioCare @JioCare I have DMed the details, as it was asked in the past. Can you let me know the ETA? for a subscription, I received 10 calls in a day. And when I want to cancel the subscription it's taking you guys weeks. I have a jio number also, I might churn that as well. Thanks.
