    @JioCare from many years the sped of jio network has been slowed down in such a way that today not a single page of any browser people can open and raising the voice in customer support answers the team will look after it but still the same problem occurred hope this must be last

    @reliancejio @DisneyplusHSVIP You Tower depends on local power supply, once power supply is cut, your tower goes off as there are no power back up. We are fed up as if Power supply is trip for a sec also, the tower take around 15 to 20 sec to restart. Till that time, network is very low and internet speed too

    @imshubhamnayak @JioCare Well, gone are the days of BSNL where numbers required separate validity recharge and deactivated if you didn't use them. I don't think your Jio number would get deactivated. I've left my Jio SIM unused and un-recharged for 6-7 months and it was never deactivated. You're okay. Dw

    If despite "working round the clock" takes 5+ days to resolve system issues, then either u need better engineers or more efficiency in working @JioCare. We're not talking about some rural district of Maharashtra here. This is in a respectable society in the heart of Khar, Mumbai.

    @JioCare What is this happening? I was watching a YouTube Video with 900+MB remaining in my Daily Quota. But suddenly 5-7 mins later I got a message that I have exhausted my Daily Data! How can my Data get exhausted in 5-7 minutes? Pls resolve this issue and reimburse my data.
