    @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio I got message temporarily issue what a fun last seven days ever day 5-12 hours outage is going on today also 3 hours gone no restoration and calling customer it says switch on off your router wait 30 minutes there is no issues you are making nice joke

    @JioCare Sir, this is the main issue. When nobody contacted me how my request was put on hold. No call, no otp, i just see rescheduke of visit. Please address this issue.

    @JioCare Dear jio I am jio air fiber user There is something seriously wrong with your service since past 15days ! Everything collapses at drop off the hat .. Depute your engineer i have more than 50 service request from my user id 2646315357 !!

    One of the shittiest fibre service I ever experienced. My Wi-Fi has been down for more than four days and still there is no one to care about. I have done multiple complaints. They managed to keep reschedule it at their own. I am very frustrated and disappointed JIO. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare Please stop sending copy-paste responses and have a human support executive review my case.If my ₹899 recharge includes JioHotstar,why am I being asked to buy another subscription? Kindly investigate and provide a proper resolution instead of repeating the same message
