@reliancejio @JioCare Need your immediate action towards jio network issues. There's no power backup to jio tower. If there's a powercut in the town, we don't receive mobile network for even 10 mins. Please fix this.

This is what happens to a company that spreads itself thin by giving one sim free when buying one. Support systems, towers, all inefficient and insufficient. Go online and @JioCare will tell you it must be a problem with the other company that you don't receive the OTP. Excuses!

@reliancejio @JioCare my wife have Jio prepaid sim she travelled to Japan with me ,her Jio number is not able to latch, I believe without any IR Pack as well atleast her number should be able to latch and should be able to receive messages? Can u please help asap.

@JioCare It's not about restoration of data services. I am asking would you compensate your customers loss?? You should definitely increase plan validity of all customers by 4 days. Why customer will bear this loss??
