Now the support team cannot even confirm that account is cancelled. Kindly look into this and cancel service.

My neighbour recently raised a complaint, and after your technician worked on their connection, my internet has started facing the exact same issue. What makes this even more unacceptable is that there is no way to speak to a human through your customer service. I’ve tried calling multiple times, but there isn’t even an option to connect with a representative. I need this issue resolved immediately. If I don’t receive a prompt response and a permanent fix, I’ll have no choice but to switch to @airtelindia.

Engineers don't answer calls, customer care is unreachable, and resolution keeps getting delayed. But bill overdue? Service is cut instantly. Will Jio compensate for the 5+ days I had no net.
