    @reliancejio @JioCare Need your immediate action towards jio network issues. There's no power backup to jio tower. If there's a powercut in the town, we don't receive mobile network for even 10 mins. Please fix this.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I've recharged now before 1 hr. But still the speed is at 7.3kbs what the hell is this? Please fix this sir asap. Here in my area the network is always pathetic

    @JioCare Manish I only see words from you all and nothing is really happening on the ground. Its been few weeks I am facing this problem and I am paying for this service while in problem also which is the worst part.

    Sarsaul Kanpur Nagar in UP East unit of jio employees is paying no attention for jio tower at Sarsaul (209402) town which is dormant for many days.There is net problem at JNV Sarsaul campus.please ask them to attend the problem and ask them to be responsible @JioCare
