    @JioCare @reliancejio I've recharged now before 1 hr. But still the speed is at 7.3kbs what the hell is this? Please fix this sir asap. Here in my area the network is always pathetic

    @reliancejio @JioCare Need your immediate action towards jio network issues. There's no power backup to jio tower. If there's a powercut in the town, we don't receive mobile network for even 10 mins. Please fix this.

    @JioCare my jiofiber is not working frm ystrdy mring, whn I raised a complaint d said it's my router issue & engg will come to see it. After mre thn 24h they r saying it's a fault frm der side & it'll take again 24h. Poor jio service no prper assistance. Bttr 2 switch on #Airtel

    @JioCare jio fiber not working for more than 2 hours now and customer care says some would call me in 24 hours. This is hilarious isp issues in the smallest companies are resolved within 4 hours. Please fix it immediately my work is getting impacted #jiofiber
