@reliancejio @JioCare Need your immediate action towards jio network issues. There's no power backup to jio tower. If there's a powercut in the town, we don't receive mobile network for even 10 mins. Please fix this.

@JioCare Sir your network is not well. The ping is so high when a play online games because of your network is too bad. Please fix this problem and this is mine 2nd complaint to your company.

@JioCare My RM is 7042676655, from last three day I’m raising issue regarding my remote of jio fiber .but my issue still remains. I’ve try to call your customer care but i think they don’t care. Without any engineer visit how call is close. Is this your service. Shame shame
