    @reliancejio @JioCare Need your immediate action towards jio network issues. There's no power backup to jio tower. If there's a powercut in the town, we don't receive mobile network for even 10 mins. Please fix this.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I've recharged now before 1 hr. But still the speed is at 7.3kbs what the hell is this? Please fix this sir asap. Here in my area the network is always pathetic

    Most useless customer service is of jio fibre. Complaint numbers don't work. Chat are all AI( No problem solving). Field Engineers are always busy. How will they retain customer in competitive market. @JioCare @reliancejio @JioChat

    @reliancejio As my number is facing network issue i had complained so today got a call from +919569961713 stating Regional office of jio and requesting 10000 as network upgradation charge. @JioCare

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio I have been trying to port from VI to JIO for a family postpaid plan..but your representative so egoistic and anti customer..they are saying they can't provide doorstep delivery for postpaid.They are not saying me which store to visit also to get it done

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i know your mobile network service is not good but your wifi(airtel fiber) is worse, half of the time it doesn't even work. I'm just done with your service I'm surely gonna switch my sim and broadband to @JioCare . Disappointed 👎🏻
