I visited office but no reply. I tried to call to area manager for 25+ times since morning but he doesn't answer.

No proper updates, no accountability, and customers are left without service. Rajesh Mohapatra (@mohapatrark) reported@JioCare Day 12 (since 14th Jul): A new service engineer had visited today completely clueless about the issue. He checked confirmed that the router which is having a loose component needs to be replaced and it shall be done free of charge. Has assured to comeback tomorrow.
