    @JioCare @reliancejio I've recharged now before 1 hr. But still the speed is at 7.3kbs what the hell is this? Please fix this sir asap. Here in my area the network is always pathetic

    @reliancejio @JioCare Need your immediate action towards jio network issues. There's no power backup to jio tower. If there's a powercut in the town, we don't receive mobile network for even 10 mins. Please fix this.

    Sir apologizing will not work, you have apologized many times, we have tweeted many times for this, if you want to install a jio tower, then it is okay, Otherwise tell us that we can get our sim ported in any other network. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio I have more than 15 numbers in office and 5 numbers at home and i am facing Server unreachable issue again and again. I am visit at jio store at morning and he said sir right now we are facing network issue kindly wait. I have latest software updated mobiles.

    @reliancejio i want to use my jio sim card in canada. I haven't activated for IR till date and now I'm in canada so by recharging 1101 pack will i get signal.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I don't want your diplomatic answer after a long wait only I came to twitter and I am explaining my issue with the public who ever taking jio fiber net connection so beware of security deposit guys don't take one month trail offer it's completely cheating

    @JioCare yesterday requested for a jiofiber connection installation was done by evening, paid the charges but internet connection not working. Service engineer said that they will come today but now they are not receiving call. Please cancel connection and refund all charges

    @JioCare I just cant understand that when u can give me a new connection with 12 hours then why this issue of red blinking is not getting resolved. Just answer me in simple words. M tired of hearing of working on it. R u digging oil well in middle east that small progress ia done everyday
