    @reliancejio @JioCare Need your immediate action towards jio network issues. There's no power backup to jio tower. If there's a powercut in the town, we don't receive mobile network for even 10 mins. Please fix this.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I've recharged now before 1 hr. But still the speed is at 7.3kbs what the hell is this? Please fix this sir asap. Here in my area the network is always pathetic

    @JioCare i got the invitation for jio5g and completed all the procedures. But my 5g offer is still in the upcoming plan and activation option is missing in my jio app. Your customer care is clueless.why lauch products if you can't build them properly.

    @JioCare your network is worse. Even after complaining so many times jio have not fixed the problem. While @airtelindia is performing exemplarily jio's speed is slow like snail.
