    @reliancejio @JioCare Need your immediate action towards jio network issues. There's no power backup to jio tower. If there's a powercut in the town, we don't receive mobile network for even 10 mins. Please fix this.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I've recharged now before 1 hr. But still the speed is at 7.3kbs what the hell is this? Please fix this sir asap. Here in my area the network is always pathetic

    @JioCare @JioCare how can you give a slot 1 week late. How shall we use the internet till then. Also a engineer as visited our apartment and he even came to our flat. He identified the issue but didn't resolve as we are not the one's who raised the ticket

    @reliancejio @airtelindia My jio no. is currently not working. Jio says the number has been ported to Airtel, but I never requested any porting. Please verify and confirm which telecom operator currently has my number active and provide the MNP/porting status. Details in DM

    @JioCare @reliancejio I ported my number from Airtel to Jio just yesterday, but now I really regret it. I had such a good service with Airtel, yet I switched to Jio for no reason. I must have lost my mind—the network has been so terrible that I’ve been extremely disappointed.

    @TRAI @airtelindia @JioCare SMS Service must remain active atleast for 15 days post recharge expiry. This is essential for bank, upi and other OTP based verifications. Someone might even need OTP to recharge and this becomes a dead end.

    @JioCare Nelson, forwarding my concern is 3 months old story, so is your team working on the same. Isn't it funny & fooling statement of the keep saying earliest after 3 months which hasn't come yet probably never. Either u guys transfer refund or tell #jionorefund it's shame.

    Jio has such terrible service in Gujarat @JioCare @reliancejio @RelianceDigital any special reason for such terrible customer care in Gujarat. Grievances are closed without solution, multiple follow ups since last month and still no solution.
