We complained in 2017 Aug, your man came visited us and agreed that we face terrible network and he never received our call ever again... It's been 4 years and you are still asking for details. The wireless connection is fine, but when i use lan to connect to my other tp link router, it says it is connected to internet but the speed is less than 1 mbps. My previous network was jio as well, I didn’t have any issues
