    @airtelindia please don't say your network is very fast pls. dead slow in my location tirupur near dsk hospital why why please check your network coverage or else we have to change @JioCare but jio fast in my location what can I do now?

    @OyeLovnesh @reliancejio Please don't waste your money by switching to JIO network Their pathetic service department & connection issues will frustrate you. The charge for 1month plans but you will get only 12 days of it, rest will be outage every month without customer service. Now you can decide.

    Even after multiple complaints & paying 3 times the amount paid by prepaid customers, I’m not getting the service I expected. I was easily getting 4-5mbps when I was using jio prepaid, since the time I’ve started using @reliancejio postpaid, it just getting worsened, only 200kbps

    @JioCare @reliancejio : is there any issue or NO plan to provide Jio Fiber In Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune etc areas? It's been more than year we(residents of society) are placing requests and there is no response.

    @JioCare i want to discontinue with Jiofiber because its over a month and still my issue is not resolved. It seems jio don't want to solve the issue. May be i can switch to @Airtel_Presence now

    @JioCare I have already registered a complaint a lot of times before. The place where I was living had no signals there and you guys never resolved the issue. You guys are just opportunist who want other companies to be dead and establish your monopoly.

    Every time I complaint @JioCare for thier worst internet service I get an excuse of " DUE TO HIGH NUMBER OF USER AT THAT TIME " so jio , AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT ? #jiosucks #saynotojio
