@reliancejio Even 4G of JIO is not getting in kerala especially in my area for the last 5 years. Fed up with making this issue with jio but it gone to deaf ears. Such being the situation jio is going to 5G. Customers taken to challenge. Ashamed of you jio.

@reliancejio @ukcmo We are in Kerala and in my area even 4G service is not good since last 5 years. Such being the service, now they are promoting 5G. To whom. First arrange to rectify 4G then go to 5 or 6G. Nonsense JIO SERVICES.

@JioCare very bad coverage and no rectification from JIO. Whenever taken up the matter they ask some questions and finally says your area is covered well. My experience for the last 5 years from JIO is mentioned above. I have surrendered 3 JIO due to this.

I recharged with ₹899 Jio plan on 9 June, within 48 hrs of expiry, but my Disney+ Hotstar subscription was never activated. Support told me it was active, later said "one-time offer" — no clarity, no remark in app. Case closed without solution. Please fix this. @JioCare

4th day of no Internet and no support. Passed the due date of technician schedule yet nobody contacted. @JioCare So frustrating. Atleast when i had @ACTFibernet i had best support, now I believe switching it to @reliancejio what’s a bad idea.
