Email sent and finally got a service agent who went to location and instead of closing the connection, updated the primary number only. Cancel

If Jio's systems cannot schedule a technician for nearly a week, that is a serious operational failure—not the customer's problem. Every missed apmt has been on Jio's side, without even a courtesy call.
