@JioCare @reliancejio I have been repeatedly asking to the sales guy and customer care guys bt still no response or invoice is received. The worst thing is my calls are getting cutt when i am calling customer care to ask this. Is this how it is going to be with Jio as well ?? No Good ISP's??

Very bad service provided by Reliance Jio to their customers. We registered complaints for many times but they not give proper answers & not resolved the problems yet. Even we Whatsapp messages can't delivered & staff disconnect call. @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup

@JioCare there is some serious problem with network in Vadodara. I am unable to hear anything during calls for the last 4 days. I have made a complaint to jio on this. But nobody responded. Missing out on important calls. Pathetic service. Other sim is working fine. @TRAI

@JioCare worst Customercare… not able to get it connect with their representative and there is no option to get it resolve via watsup chat..!!! STB is not working since yesterday due to incomplete update (power loss during update)… please resolve..!!

@reliancejio Literally it is not internet because jio is not giving properly 4G network it is giving 2g network. It's better to buy Vodafone 3g connections

@MarketingMvrick @reliancejio There was a time when I literally paid 999 plus taxes, for 2 GB of data and still couldn't experience greater or satisfactory customer service. @JioCare Why wait 24 or more hours? Your service request number is SR000019B1RF. You will receive an update by 15/03/2022 17:52.. May be one more time some of your engineers or executives removed my active connection to complete the daily target and added a new connection in that place?

@JioCare @JioCare 2 guys visited to fix the issue and spent 1 hour saying it's a mistake from a local cable operator as he cutted the wire. They assured that it's fixed and I also did talk to there manager who again assured that everything will be fine. LOL!!
