    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio - I need your help. I had done a recharge of INR 100 twice for my grandmother-in-law. On both occasions, it shows successful but still she is unable to place outgoing call. Unfortunately, due to lockdown, I'm unable to visit her in person. Please help.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Give sufficient speed at the time of lockdown.Even if you stand up and run down the tower, it doesn't work. 4G or 2G is not understood. Even if there is a tower in the village, it does not work

    @JioCare I have sent you the requisite details, now kindly get it checked and resolved in immediate basis. If you talk about 4G services that too LTE+ (as per your claim and icon shown in your jio network), the minimum Internet Speeds should be above 20Mbps at least. Plz do that.

    @JioCare @reliancejio when can I expect the refund? Hope you people won't fail in refunding, the way you failed in installation of new connection. Also, refund should be as smooth and quick as taking new booking (till billing is done) @ImAtulKansal

    @JioCare it looks like jio hav disabled pendrives with Router and STB but still customer care keeps saying connect to usb port n pendrives can be used frm here n there n etc
