    @reliancejio I have recharged incorrect plan 251 rs so contact jio customer care cancel or change plans but not helped me and associate not good behavior.

    2G internet speed, no response from customer service and daily Recharge reminders. Enough reasons to dump @reliancejio. Thanks for all the inconveniences.

    @DoT_India @JioCare Thanks you so much Dot India. But you can check that you are again forwarding my same complaint as Jio didn't resolve since couple of months 😂. @JioCare Didn't provide any ETA to fix this issue. I think @reliancejio doesn't have any capable engineers who can fix this.

    @JioCare totally disappointed. Actually I raised a complaint regarding a poor connectivity and network issue. They were saying your issue has been resolve after 2 days. Now I am trying to connect to customer service care they declined my call again and again.

    If you are thinking to install a new jio fiber connection at your home or office then think once again before installing jio internet experience is very bad eyery week 2to 3 times it doesn't work because of servicing on road very bad customer experience @reliancejio #jiofiber
