I have a network issue with jio network, i have tried many times to reach customer support but they were not able to solve my issue till now. Now i am planning to port my jio number to other better service provider.... @reliancejio @JioCare

@_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio @JioCare more than 15 hrs and no resolution of internet fiber restoration at CR Park Delhi and extremely bad customer care behaviour who were not ready to lodge complaint and give a reference number so they can claim no issue of 100% service delivery

@reliancejio @RelianceDigital @reliancegroup Very bad experience while returning jio fiber router. It has been 2 months no one is came to pick up the box. Complained many times but no resolution. I am also using other jio services but but never such delay has happened.

@JioCare @reliancejio There is a new tower installed at my location which was operational for only 2 days and after that it is still not operational. For how many more years will we have to face the problem? @DoT_India Bad network and slow internet in return for recharging.
