@JioCare How much patience , from long time I am facing worst network crises in my area .. if you fail to resolve that issue I will move to @TRAI and Consumer court for further action @DoT_India

@JioCare @reliancejio I know this is rare but this location is not covered by your network. I'm pursuing this cause for the last 10 months but no headway. You've always assured me but never acted.

@JioCare my number has been disconnected without any prior notice. Upon raising concerns neither the store nor the customer care is raising complain or helping. I have used this number for 14 years,had ported to jio in 2018/2019 with all valid documents. Please do the needful.

@JioCare Your team is confused. While one person says the problem will be resolved in 48 hours. The other says we never received payment. Upon giving transactions IDs, a third person says we will return the money. Not helping with the recharge to get the phone activated. Frustrating!!

@JioCare No its not being rolled out in any manner. There's some issue with local administration and nobody's is giving a damn about it. Jio should make this as a priority and sort it out instead to sending vague responses
