    @Airtel_Presence @JChaudhari2 Airtel is abslotely worst in providing network ! I live approx 800m far form airtel tower still i have been forced to port my more than 10yr old @airtel number to @reliancejio even though they don't provide compared services !

    I have a network issue with jio network, i have tried many times to reach customer support but they were not able to solve my issue till now. Now i am planning to port my jio number to other better service provider.... @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio I know this is rare but this location is not covered by your network. I'm pursuing this cause for the last 10 months but no headway. You've always assured me but never acted.

    @JioCare I want to change the billing cycle date of my jio fiber but your customer support this is not possible. May you please take it into consideration as mine is 20th month so it's quite confusing

    @JioCare Disappointing!! I received a call saying my complaint has been taken and will be resolved. But when I asked for a timeline, I was told there is no timeline. Feels like your team has no intention to resolve complaints and is just giving scripted responses to close the complaint.

    @JioCare Checked. My problem is not yet solved. For how long the no will not be handed to new subscriber. If he reactivates the no from another state. Will that be possible.
