Special mention to Jio customer care executive 'Purnima' who simply had to say her own words and didn't let me speak Jio Customer care is of No help. They do not provide any help to customers. They simply know how to harrass and trouble innocent customers @reliancejio @JioCare

Recently rechargeable my jio number with 4g pack and my network is working pathetic even worse than 2g network. Such pathetic and poor service is not expected from jio in city of bilaspur.@reliancejio
