    @Airtel_Presence @JChaudhari2 Airtel is abslotely worst in providing network ! I live approx 800m far form airtel tower still i have been forced to port my more than 10yr old @airtel number to @reliancejio even though they don't provide compared services !

    I have a network issue with jio network, i have tried many times to reach customer support but they were not able to solve my issue till now. Now i am planning to port my jio number to other better service provider.... @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare We have never recived any resolution and our 2nd connection stopped working for last 24 hours .We had created ticket but no one turned up.

    @JioCare They have temporarily fixed , they took out someone else connection and fixed mine actually the fat box doesn’t have any s2 cassette tomorrow there will be same issue again

    Hello @JioCare. Raised a service request for wifi being slow for a few days. It was closed 4 hours later without any resolution. No one even reached out for help. Hire better people on ground please.

    @JioCare Jio network update: 6 months of “optimization”, 0 months of service improvement. I’m done waiting. Airtel in May.
