    @JioCare @reliancejio I know this is rare but this location is not covered by your network. I'm pursuing this cause for the last 10 months but no headway. You've always assured me but never acted.

    I have a network issue with jio network, i have tried many times to reach customer support but they were not able to solve my issue till now. Now i am planning to port my jio number to other better service provider.... @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare For some strange reason my number is suspended by you and customer care is now asking me to visit a near by jio store. Why is this inconvenience caused to the customer, why can't the details be shared over the call/ online and get it rectified
