After raising my concern with Jio, instead of acknowledging and trying to fix it, Mr. Deblina Chakraborty from Jio said this, “We have checked your connection at our end and confirmed that you're receiving the appropriate speed based on your plan.” Speed test that I shared in the image are all through Router and not within any other device. Why am I paying for 100Mbps then if 30Mbps is all I get as “appropriate speed”? @JioCare #JioAirfiber #Jio

Download speed is much lower than promised, network is unstable, frequent packet loss, and overall connection is inconsistent. This is unacceptable for a new installation.

Do it fast, (1) change the plan to basic one, ₹399 plan, (2) change to prepaid plan and (3) activate internet now itself. We will think of continuing it.
