    @Airtel_Presence @JChaudhari2 Airtel is abslotely worst in providing network ! I live approx 800m far form airtel tower still i have been forced to port my more than 10yr old @airtel number to @reliancejio even though they don't provide compared services !

    I have a network issue with jio network, i have tried many times to reach customer support but they were not able to solve my issue till now. Now i am planning to port my jio number to other better service provider.... @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio what an pathetic mobile network you people are providing. Paying 4k for a 5G network which works at 2G speed. Better I switch to MTNL atleast will pay half the price for a similar network.

    @JioCare Lately jiofibre services sucks...frequent disruptions, no customer care support, technicians don't come..Keep on rescheduling visits. Is it starlink effect what airtxl did with BSNL happening with jio...is it sabotage or jio don't care. Many known already stopped jio..

    @JioCare I’m getting 80–150ms ping in Valorant on Mumbai server via JioFiber in Bihar. Speedtest is fine but gaming latency is broken. Already emailed with full tests. No reply yet. Please escalate to backend/NOC. Ticket needed urgently.

    @reliancejio I am having the worst experience, porting from BSNL to Jio, I thought it would be seamless, but no, horrible.I ordered Sim at 12th June, I got delivery executive number and he is asking for money when I have already paid for starter pack of Rs.349. Been 8 days,no sim

    @JioCare Jio Service is Bhubaneswar is so tardy? This comes as a real revelation to me. When Airtel serves customers within 24 hrs, Jio needs a week? Who would have thought these people were worse than BSNL standards.

    @JioCare It’s been days since I paid for JioAirFiber, but no connection or response yet. If you don’t want to provide service, at least let me know so I can opt for other providers like BSNL or Airtel who install same-day. I want a full refund. I’ve tried all ways to contact you
