    @Airtel_Presence @JChaudhari2 Airtel is abslotely worst in providing network ! I live approx 800m far form airtel tower still i have been forced to port my more than 10yr old @airtel number to @reliancejio even though they don't provide compared services !

    @JioCare @reliancejio I know this is rare but this location is not covered by your network. I'm pursuing this cause for the last 10 months but no headway. You've always assured me but never acted.

    I have a network issue with jio network, i have tried many times to reach customer support but they were not able to solve my issue till now. Now i am planning to port my jio number to other better service provider.... @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I explained and demonstrated my problem in a practical manner, yet no solution was found. Nevertheless, I would like to bring it to your attention once again that whenever there is a power outage in my area, the Jio network goes down.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I order sim on 13th may and it has not yet delivered. Complaint was also registered on 19th for the same. The status is still unclear and I want to get that sim delivered soon. Please check this

    @JioCare my jio fiber not working since 17 may. Try to reach several times for resolving issues only complaint register. Till now no one visit. Engineer visit daily rescheduled day after day. No one picking phone call. No customer care support at all. It affects children study

    @JioCare Jio router has green light and in speedtest it is around 30 mbps. But no website is getting opened. The issue is reported on the jio care toll free number. The executive is not ready to register complaint and telling that everything is ok. She cannot send technician.

    @JioCare How long should a customer wait even after paying in advance? There is still no proper update or resolution regarding relocation request. If relocation is not possible, disconnect the connection & initiate a full refund immediately so I can switch to another service provider.

    Finally giving up on my journey of 3 months to get my refund from these companies Also i will stop using slice bank card, if you have one please burn it and any service from jio @JioCare @slice_cares @Easebuzz
