    I have a network issue with jio network, i have tried many times to reach customer support but they were not able to solve my issue till now. Now i am planning to port my jio number to other better service provider.... @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Today again data usage has been the same just after downloading 18% of 2GB received msg of 50% usage of my daily 2GB quota what the hell is this. Cheating and fraud with customers. Rather than working on solution you guys are not doing anything. Need urgent action and reply

    @JioCare my jio device is under warranty and deposited to our Dehradun Road Office from 03 Dec 2020 for repair/replacement. When you will return it? How long time needed to attend under warranty items?? Very bad experience.

    @reliancejio @anmol_ambani our connection is down since morning.. also when it's working there are frequent fluctuations .. I live near marine drive Mumbai.. most of service sector people work from home ..plz look into it
