    @Airtel_Presence @JChaudhari2 Airtel is abslotely worst in providing network ! I live approx 800m far form airtel tower still i have been forced to port my more than 10yr old @airtel number to @reliancejio even though they don't provide compared services !

    @JioCare How much patience , from long time I am facing worst network crises in my area .. if you fail to resolve that issue I will move to @TRAI and Consumer court for further action @DoT_India

    @JioCare @reliancejio I know this is rare but this location is not covered by your network. I'm pursuing this cause for the last 10 months but no headway. You've always assured me but never acted.

    @JioCare I have been seeing this pattern for a while now , keep rescheduling the appointment and the actual issue never getting addressed. I can see the now appointment on 7th that two days from now. So have to suffer for two more days because of this pathetic service

    @reliancejio Prompt enough to stop the services of Jio Fibre even if bill is delayed by one day. Not prompt enough to resume the services even after a down time of 3 days. It's the state of affairs in Mumbai. Pitfalls of a monopoly business. Third world customer interface.

    Hello @JioCare @reliancejio post cancellation of my #Jiofiber Jio STB device is supposed to be picked up by June 5, but there is no update on this yet and all the service requests are shown as closed in the app.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare Today again, no engineer visited and my internet is still down. It has now been more than 4 days since I raised the complaint. How many more days do you expect me to wait? This level of service is completely unacceptable.
