    Your Network is too fast for my phone your network gives 8G speed in 4G Network, my phone can't handle this, it's 5kbps to 10 kbps speed in 4G Network And I think Airtel can't beat this speed in 4G Network @reliancejio

    Hi @reliancejio.... I have been completely helpless with your network, repeatedly I have been into customer care but there has been no improvement in my network in my area and moreover to add to your knowledge there has been a setup of tower.I’m complaining in consumer forum.

    @JioCare I have a jio fiber connection Jio Dispute of my several reschedule & raised service request your service Engineer didn't visited my home & solve the issue but still I tried to visit your local office there I visited mr. Dhiraj who is service Engineers head/incharge

    NO0001DHTTT6 - Your engineer cancelled the installation request, stating that it was not possible to provide the connection. If the service could not be installed, why are you still holding my money? @JioCare Please process my refund immediately.

    "I opted for the Jio AirFiber ₹2222 plan (90 days + 1 month voucher). I accidentally claimed the ₹599 voucher before the 90 days ended, and now both are active simultaneously. Please help resolve this. @JioCare @reliancejio"

    @JioCare Understood. However, I need a clear commitment now. Last time, my rebate request was denied after resolution. Can Jio confirm in writing that I will receive a full refund of the amount paid? I have already suffered significant losses due to this outage.

    @JioCare it's been 4 weeks I relocated my jio fiber I have paid 1200+ recharges worth 5000 customer care is not letting me call for support, is there a value of my money. Pls help me only this time I'll buy airtel after this recharge ends

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare don't even inform there is network issue during this time n all why? It's my full perks to get network of 5g or full connectivity as I'm paying it...they ensure to renew ur recharge on exact time nd if I loss my connectivity

    @JioCare The service disruption isn’t resolved yet. Outage has been reported since 8th June 2026. Are you trying to tell me that the complaint has been addressed and resolved?
