Your Network is too fast for my phone your network gives 8G speed in 4G Network, my phone can't handle this, it's 5kbps to 10 kbps speed in 4G Network And I think Airtel can't beat this speed in 4G Network @reliancejio

Hi @reliancejio.... I have been completely helpless with your network, repeatedly I have been into customer care but there has been no improvement in my network in my area and moreover to add to your knowledge there has been a setup of tower.I’m complaining in consumer forum.

@JioCare pls have the issue resolved for service request # SR000018X5MD. It’s been 2 weeks and yet the engineer is not visiting the premises to resolve the issue- this is poor customer service. kindly escalate to concern nodal officer to expedite the resolution on priority.

@reliancejio I had bght a new fiber connection just 14 days back and there was a problem wid the same so I made a complaint but there are only wrong appointments given and complaint is not attended to while at the time of connection they are making big claims regarding services
