    Hi @reliancejio.... I have been completely helpless with your network, repeatedly I have been into customer care but there has been no improvement in my network in my area and moreover to add to your knowledge there has been a setup of tower.I’m complaining in consumer forum.

    Your Network is too fast for my phone your network gives 8G speed in 4G Network, my phone can't handle this, it's 5kbps to 10 kbps speed in 4G Network And I think Airtel can't beat this speed in 4G Network @reliancejio

    @JioCare says unused prepaid JioFiber balance won’t be refunded even when the service remains unresolved and the customer wants to disconnect. Is this how Jio maintains its “customer count” by trapping prepaid customers and refusing refunds? Pathetic policy. SR00002M10F0 @TRAI

    @JioCare @JioCare It's been a week since I stopped getting 5g network at home. What steps have you taken to solve my issue? If you can't provide me the service for which I am paying every month, I demand a refund. Send someone at home and get this issue fixed!

    Hi, running out of patience now. Will wait till today noon. If my home WiFi problem doesn't get rectified (it's 4 days now),then will have no choice but to shift to another service provider. Gave a lot of time to Jio. @JioCare
