@JioCare @reliancejio - terrible exp in relocating jio fiber. Trying since 4th august! Still no luck. The app doesn't fetch the name of my apartment (so I can't raise the request thru it) but they provide services here!! Customer care team is hopeless!!

@JioCare my plan will expire on 17th August 10:46am but today when I am trying to make a call it's saying you don't have any active plan,pls recharge.why will I recharge before time n why is it saying so?resolve the issue.didnt expect such poor service from jio.
