    @reliancejio very pathatic service in Vaishali, Ghaziabad. I have recharged my phone 599/- plan yesterday . But no network, speed and connectivity. Seriously Jio is providing very worst service. No customer support and service. Its wastage of money

    @pupneja_harsh @JioCare I use to use JioWIFI and was really depressed as they never gave me a solution used to count their problems and after one year I moved to Railwire and I am happy ..Moral of the story is move out as soon as possible

    @JioCare There is no signal interference. As soon as i step out of home, signal is fine but within the premises of building it drops to 1 signal. I can't use phone for calling or use data pack when i am inside my building/flat. That is the issue. And it started 2 months back.

    @JioCare Dear Jio Team, Sorry to Inform you, In our area Jio Network is poor, people who is living here, everyone getting the same problem. Why you guys are not understanding. If you guys not solved the issue, I will highlighted this issue to Mukesh Ambani. @reliancejio @MukeshAmbanima

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia tried raising an issue with you guys months back regarding incoming SMS' on VoWiFi but no resolution as yet even after multiple follow ups . Looks like, after 6+ yrs. it's time to port to @reliancejio since similar service works flawlessly there.

    @JioCare @fiber_jio The service engineers are continuously rescheduling back to back installation of fibre connection. Also the concerned person is not answering the calls. 4 days has passed they are continuously troubling us. All the area managers giving false promises daily.
