    @JioCare @reliancejio There are no Red signal lights on jio towers installed in Nimapara, Dist-puri, state-Odisha,pin-752106 As Nimapara is a helicopter root from bhubaneswar to kandrapada and Konark so take expeditious steps to install red lights above the jio towers of Nimapara

    @reliancejio its found heavy call drop and network problem and also unable to use internet for 2 to 3 minutes in all over Odisha.....humble request to look into this.....with regards 🙏

    Again Jio has stopped the service at my area. This is happened 3 to 4 times since last year.@JioCare From customer care we received response that it will last for maximum 6 months. If is it true then we need to change our SimCard?

    There is a major issue in Jio network. Services quality is going down day by day. Starting from poor network to no network sometimes + no internet too, Jio is not been able to keep its promises. @reliancejio

    hey @JioCare @reliancejio @JioChat mobile internet is very poor here. 0 to 20% all time. Video call is not possible. And Voice call is not audible all d time. Kindly improve d connectivity. location: Velsao,CANSAULIM,Goa pin point location in DM. #INDvENG #ZeeJhukegaNahi

    @JioCare @reliancejio hi..what a poor service by jio. My SR SR00001BZBX9 raised yesterday morning. Till yet no call from anyone and still jio fiber net is down. Pathetic service.

    My JioFi is not working for Past four days. I had raised a service request on 2nd July 2022 . Service Request Number SR00001BXYNP . When I am trying to complaint to the agent, they are only rescheduling it . @reliancejio @JioCare @JioChat

    @JioCare Dude, what does the earliest possible time means to you guys? Its been 7 Months since I have been waiting for my refund. Even on twitter its been more than a month. if this is the pace of providing resolutions It will take years to resolve my problem?
