What an amazing service from @reliancejio I've ended up with 3 month plan of other SIM,but after that i thought to do plan of my JIO SIM Card, But unluckily it's my worst idea,Because Since Tomorrow as i recharged my plan,I'm facing Too much internet issues.@JioCare plz fix it.🙏🏼

@JioCare I have s20fe 5g but when i check in your website it show me as 4g device but i have 5g phone which can be used for airtel 5g but jio 5g don't support it is is in my area my pincode is 384265

Hey @reliancejio Who makes up for the 'down time' when your internet connection is down? That's a good 5-6 days in a month. That's 15-20% of the monthly subscription cost which is lost. How do you make up for this?

@reliancejio Jio Fiber has the worst after sale service. My WiFi has connectivity issue since last night, I lodged a complaint and they gave me a 12pm slot, but none of the engineers contacted me and I receive a message that the service engineer did not get access to my premises.
