@JioCare I have s20fe 5g but when i check in your website it show me as 4g device but i have 5g phone which can be used for airtel 5g but jio 5g don't support it is is in my area my pincode is 384265

What an amazing service from @reliancejio I've ended up with 3 month plan of other SIM,but after that i thought to do plan of my JIO SIM Card, But unluckily it's my worst idea,Because Since Tomorrow as i recharged my plan,I'm facing Too much internet issues.@JioCare plz fix it.🙏🏼

@JioCare hi Jio Brodband down since last week. Not resolved yet. SR000017OC14 and the associated landline no is +914435592041. FYI taken service on 23 Nov and service down from 24th Nov. This is the kind of service&support you provide. Nobody responding. immediate action req.

@JioCare i think i choosed the wrong connection really worst my father is a senior citizens he did know know much about the technology he did a wrong reached by mistankly because there are a alots of confusion in the recharges therefore he spent 549 uncessarry I requested to jio

@JioCare Its RED.taken the service on last week Tue and service down from wed. One guy visited and told will be attended by other team. No one responding. very very poor exp bcoz this reason i have not taken Jio BB till date only last week activated. service down next day onward.
