What an amazing service from @reliancejio I've ended up with 3 month plan of other SIM,but after that i thought to do plan of my JIO SIM Card, But unluckily it's my worst idea,Because Since Tomorrow as i recharged my plan,I'm facing Too much internet issues.@JioCare plz fix it.🙏🏼

@JioCare I have s20fe 5g but when i check in your website it show me as 4g device but i have 5g phone which can be used for airtel 5g but jio 5g don't support it is is in my area my pincode is 384265

Pathetic Jio Fiber service. Internet stopped working since last 2 days. Customer support says engineer visit will be scheduled by 18 April i.e after 6 days! No plan extension policy, no engineer availability. This is reason why monopoly is not good @JioCare @reliancejio

It’s surprising how @TataPlayin refuse to fix a log in issue of their new app without getting a screen shot of the error message. The guy blatantly says it won’t be fixed by the tech team if no proof is shown to them. I guess this is where @JioCare do a fab job with tech issues
