What an amazing service from @reliancejio I've ended up with 3 month plan of other SIM,but after that i thought to do plan of my JIO SIM Card, But unluckily it's my worst idea,Because Since Tomorrow as i recharged my plan,I'm facing Too much internet issues.@JioCare plz fix it.🙏🏼

@JioCare i am using #JIOFiber & my plan includes top OTT subscriptions in which #Sunxt subscription is not working & i tried to reach support via phone & chat with no luck. i haven't been able to talk to a real life person other than a robot. will this ever gets resolved ?

@JioCare I didn’t expect this from you.I have kept port from Airtel to jio because of poor signals ,sorry no signals from their network.I came came know that poor signals are better than poor customer service.

I got msg 50% data used frm @reliancejio. calld custmer support, while talking wth him within 1 min got another msg 90% data used. Then again 100%. After that no IDR is directing to custmr support. Its how jio now treating customers. Switching to other network. Coz its frequent.

@JioCare Dear team its a matter of public safety and emergency, simply closing the complaint request without resolving is not acceptable. If Handset issue, it should not allow me to make any call, I am just unable to call 100 & 108 means, there might be technical issue with operator end.

@reliancejio @JioCare My jio phone 1 has mic issue While purchasing company outlet said this is a jio property,any wear and tear (except physical damage and due to water) is repaired by the company,but now nothing satisfactory happens I reside in Delhi- 110045 Kindly fix my issue

@JioCare Same here too.. no use complaining SINCE TWO YEARS about slow speed and intermittent outages ! Chat Support pathetic; executive just leaves abruptly after asking same questions and giving same excuses (inadequate coverage, too many simultaneous users) BUT giving NO COMMITTMENT

@JioCare I cancelled my Jio Fiber connection on 15th Feb and devices are picked successful on 24th Feb,2021. It already completed 15 working days period but still I didn't received the deposit amount. I have connected with support team multiple times but no use. #failure #jio
