What an amazing service from @reliancejio I've ended up with 3 month plan of other SIM,but after that i thought to do plan of my JIO SIM Card, But unluckily it's my worst idea,Because Since Tomorrow as i recharged my plan,I'm facing Too much internet issues.@JioCare plz fix it.🙏🏼

@reliancejio Team, I am not getting Network in my location. We have 400+ residency, Thousands of users around my colony. Everyone is seeking for Network and failed to do so. Kindly request you to resolve the issue on permanent basis.

@JioCare hello Jio, i am Jio postpaid customer,since i upgraded to Jio 5G network,i am facing the network issue (Incoming and outgoing) with family plan number,in 5G network ,many time my family number not able to receive calls,even outgoing also, some time it works

@reliancejio when your 5G services for mobile phones are not working ,then why do you send messages to switch to 5G. Guys don't switch to 5G, switching to 5G is just like activating airplane mode.

I want to port my @reliancejio number to @airtelindia due to network issue at my location since last 3 months when 5G lunch in india. Jio network team doesn't improve their network capacity with high bandwidth or installing new mobile towers in our locality

@JioCare @ani_mxh Got some issues in the kyc , when I got the connection the store person entered wrong dob now I don’t have access to my number. Lost 6 months of data pack and access to other subscriptions with this number .
