@reliancejio please bring your connection to our area there are a lot of people using bsnl fiber who have got irritated with their service. If you bring your connection here all of the people will shift to jio.

@JioCare frustrated with jio fiber. Can't get a stable connection, get disconnected after about 5 mins or get a "no connection" message, called 18008969999 to no avail, was told they are having problems at their end, problem has been persistent for 6 days now

@reliancejio I tried so many times for installation of the reliance jio fiber box in my building even the sales man came and he signed and filled the form also for the same but nothing got happened. There is fiber line at 100 meter distance. But not in my building worst service

@JioCare Its really a worst situation to call and follow up the customer service and people there on regular basis for relocating our jiofibre complaint which has been raised a week ago these losers don't even have the guts to receive the call and share an status update..

@reliancejio @JioCare i got call from your end now for termination of jio fibre and the reason they gave me is that it is not in use.i had recharged my connection on 28 july for a month so why would i did so if it is not in usage.all of you are lying to skip from service. great.!

@JioCare Me and my family have 4 jio numbers we have full tower in our place but we are not able to call or receive call we have complained but no resolution. I believe this issue is faced by lots of jio users is there any problem in jio network pls resolve this.
