    @reliancejio please bring your connection to our area there are a lot of people using bsnl fiber who have got irritated with their service. If you bring your connection here all of the people will shift to jio.

    @JioCare Well, worse data speed and call connection issue is happening with all the apps and website and all the calls. So how can i say only 2 apps name? And yes the previous location is the same location i am facing issue. And the location is Champagarh, ranpur, nayagarh dist. @TRAI

    @BSNL_OR @JioCare reference to my earlier repeated complains on behalf no/ low network coverage, I have been assured repeatedly in this regard but not solved yet.

    hoping someone senior from @RIL_Updates @reliancejio look into this but the support engineer mentioned that folks from Mumbai hasn’t supplied for months hence they have to indulge in unethical practice of switching ports and disconnecting paid users for months. This is corruption

    @JioCare in 3 days you’re literally repeating the same pattern. It’s honestly like talking to a wall at this point. You have set automated voice notes and fallback messages and default resolution message. Will be fixed at 1:30am. I’m sure by tomorrow it’ll be 9am then again 9pm.

    @JioCare This is the same generic response again. It’s been down since last night, I’ve already shared details + completed all troubleshooting. Need a clear ETA for resolution, not repeated “please wait” messages. How long exactly are we supposed to “allow some time” ?
