I have been informed that the refund has been initiated and was provided reference number JC4438901 over the call. However, the amount has still not been credited to my account. Since this was a UPI payment, refunds are typically processed within 1–3 days. Kindly confirm whether the refund has been successfully processed to the bank and share the UTR (transaction reference number) for tracking. If the refund has not yet been processed, I request immediate action to complete it without further delay. I have already waited beyond reasonable time and expect this to be resolved at the earliest. Please treat this as urgent.
