Dear @reliancejio @JioCare i was applied for a Airtel to Jio port service. Port process was completed and it's the day i was ready to use the Jio SIM. But after inserting the sim into the device, it's still showing insert sim. I tried with all troubleshooting ways, but no gain.

Hey @JioCare, It has been quite sometime jio 5g is launched in Bangalore. Yet people with 5g phone and network availability are not getting the jio 5g welcome offer. Though people with 4g mobiles are receiving the offer and can't use it.
