Never regained the network after fighting for 1 year. Finally changed all my 4 family numbers to @reliancejio and @BSNLCorporate which are the currently the best.

Request has been rescheduled multiple times without any resolution. stop asking for DM again and resolve this issue.

I have a jio airfiber plan 899, which promises up to 100mbps -what I have been getting is 1-10mbps. It is getting nearly impossible to connect to your customer care. What kind of service is this.
