    @JioCare Totally hopeless service. Installation was scheduled on 16 nov which is rescheduled multiple times stating the reason that customer requested to reschedule.

    Really surprise at the services and speed if it by @JioCare @jiofibergurgaon @reliancejio Looks like we did a mistake by removing our internet and DTH connection from other service providers and bundled it with Jio fibre. Since yesterday morning, there is no internet and no TV

    @reliancejio @JioCare it's very pathetic service by JIO , wrong information shared and rude behaviour of 198 customer care , jio is doing fraud with customers, action should be taken by government.

    @JioCare Your internet service isn't working in my area and your customer care denied me to take my complaint. She says that "internet not working is not a complain." Interraction no. MR00015UHXBL. Pathetic service.
