    @JioCare Things are getting worse now previously I was getting atleast 10 minutes to open websites now taking 15 minutes to open I already mentioned sir that from 5 PM to 11PM not getting speed after 2 days you are giving reply please rate your expirence of improvement in network and 1/2

    @JioCare I had very b@d experience with #Jiofiber. Once you get some Service interruption you'll be bhagwan bharose for many days. Feel lucky if you get it rectified in 3-4 days. Nobody listens at @JioCare from top to bottom. This is in Delhi where every service is delivered in 5 min.

    Dear @JioCare team Please improve your network in my village, Sukhpar Roha, Kachchh, Gujarat. Your network is very bad here; the internet has not been working for three years. We are forced to use your network because we have no other option. We are frustrated.

    @JioCare I still don’t see any update on the escalated service request ending with 35L2SZ and the expected resolution time is showing 10:38pm 11th may. The first request for this issue was raised on 7th May 8.40pm. What kind of a pathetic service is this?
