    @reliancejio @JioCare @Jiocare my mobile is 9719681446 but problem is not solved net speed is very bad. I am unhappy with the service you have provided. I feel cheated by joining jio, no one is listening, everyone is nawab in this company.

    @JioCare @TheOfficialSBI I have recharged my jio no.with rs. 399 on 10 March 2019 by state bank anywhere app. Money was deducted but not received the recharge till now. Pls resolve the issue.

    @JioCare do develop an app but you can’t register a complaint, when internet is down you don’t know whom to contact because you’ll never be able to reach cc, jio fiber if down no one can bring it up because you need someone to bring it up and in that case god can help you

    @iManish94 @DoT_India @JioCare you were right Manish ji in my conversation with jio people they again Rang the same song of having Limited network coverage in my area but not able to disclose in how much days it would be improved. It is not this time but for last 20 months they are doing same thing .

    Poor network signal and net connectivity always. Even can not talk properly, at Rail vihar Delhi Road, Moradabad. In our society almost every household has atleast two jio connections. We are facing this issue continuously last two years. @JioCare @jio @reliancejio

    @JioCare It was checked and checked nothing has been done ,the only thing done is that about 1000 of new sims had been sold on 1 yr making condition bad to the worst. Shame shame

    Guy came in jio dress , id card and legal messages came from jio side and even after mailing jio team @JioCare @reliancejio they didn't reverted and didn't blacklisted the guy if he even left the job. @jagograhakjago if anyone can look into this issue .

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio Fiber Connection: Frequent Fluctuation resulting into packet loss at every 5 or 10 minutes for 5-10 seconds on my WorkPlace network. Same is working fine without any network flucation through Airtel 4G mobile hotspot. Please look into this issue.

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare we tired of calling you about internet issue in the locality. Still we got no solution except patience. Since consumer are not satisfied with your internet connectivity, you could have taken appropriate action to solve the problem. Plz look in to it.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio the service request which u people rasie for installation is worst, no one came till now for the installation,we will just get message they will come to installation, but no one came from last 4 days, I don't know why I invested money on jio fiber.

    @JioCare We’ve already run diagnostics and contacted your team before raising this. Instead of resolving the issue, we’re only getting generic responses like restarting the router. We pay for reliable internet—not repeated on/off troubleshooting.

    @JioCare Repeated generic replies without answering is not acceptable. I have asked multiple times about n78 (3500 MHz) status but got no clear response. Issue ongoing since 21 April near tower (300m). If no proper answer is given, I will escalate to Appellate Authority.

    Wire connection of my JioFiber device is broken on 25th April.. I have raised complaint on 26 April evening.. Still i got no response..in my jio app is they re assigning engineer for this.. @JioCare @reliancejio can you plz resolve this issue as soon as possible
