    @JioCare @reliancejio Service request no. is SR00001CTUZY. Net stopped on 9-8 per engineer who visited it should get resolved yesterday evening but it is not. Customer care informed it will start on 13-8. Pls extend validity by 4 days as I paid full for 30 days.

    @JioCare Hey Meghna hearing the same from yesterday as if some Messiah is going to visit it’s frustrating to have no service and crate tensions at work for work from home. 30 plus hours of frustration is the only gift. Can’t there be a faster resolution on this Information Age.

    Hey there @JioCare , been facing connectivity issues with incoming and outgoing calls since past one month and the help desk in the app hasn't helped well to resolve it. Quite surprisingly the problem is specific to Jio and not the Airtel ones
