@JioCare @reliancejio Net is not working in my locality. It only works when I put 198 on call. Then we can use. Please fix the issue ASAP. People are facing problem.

@JioCare Due to my transfer to other state I have raised UNINSTALLATION request for my jiofiber connection on 12 April and on 21 April I got update that Jio service engineer is scheduled to visit my premises on 21-04-2021 but no one came on that day.

My friend had ordered JIOfiber and he had lose internet for 10 days in a month and still paid them full amount. When he called on april 24, The Representative asked him to call on 1 may as the tech issue persisted. Being an IT professional, he need stable network.@reliancejio
