But, PC shows ethernet connected, but none of browsers open. I have tried all available solutions, but all in vain. Kindly help @reliancejio! or else will switch back to my old service provider.

After investigation and discussion. I was promised he will refund the amount in 15 minutes by Jio Managers. But no amount recieved.
