But, PC shows ethernet connected, but none of browsers open. I have tried all available solutions, but all in vain. Kindly help @reliancejio! or else will switch back to my old service provider.

We had approached jio care 1800 896 9999 on Sunday at 14.52 hrs. and being assured team is working on it, issue will be resolved within 2hrs. But sorry to say problem not resolved.
