    @reliancejio @DisneyplusHSVIP You Tower depends on local power supply, once power supply is cut, your tower goes off as there are no power back up. We are fed up as if Power supply is trip for a sec also, the tower take around 15 to 20 sec to restart. Till that time, network is very low and internet speed too

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing a network issue in Malta for the last 4 days. I am tried to reach jiocare & jiosupport. My experience with these people is pathetic. The customer care people are behaving like a robot. to summarise it, they have a total 3-4 steps strategy.

    @JioCare You have really ridiculous service i have been complaining about your network from many days. Whenever there is a power cut there is no jio network, even though i m staying within 200 m range of the jio tower still no network really ridiculous.

    @reliancejio I getting 63 mbps download and 112 mbps upload speed.i have 300 mbps plan , every video buffers, nothing downloads. Its been a month i have speed issues. jio technicians also came many times trying to fix. But they couldn't do anything. Please help fixing this...
