@reliancejio @DisneyplusHSVIP You Tower depends on local power supply, once power supply is cut, your tower goes off as there are no power back up. We are fed up as if Power supply is trip for a sec also, the tower take around 15 to 20 sec to restart. Till that time, network is very low and internet speed too

I used @JioCare last two months and I got best internet connection from my expectation. Thank you @JioCare @reliancejio Now I recharged on my @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia but it's worth to use internet connection is very very poor. Now I think I should use @JioCare permanently

And now I don't want to suffer with @Airtel_Presence with 40% price hike and poorer network connection as bad as 2G. And I think @reliancejio has better opportunity to increase their customer base by providing good service with the hike in price. Hope @JioCare fulfill our demands

Why @reliancejio’s internet connectivity in @metrorailwaykol is so pathetic? Unable to stream music, download files, etc. My friend when visited Delhi recently tested Jio’s connection in Delhi Metro there he was getting broadband level of speeds and stability.
