@reliancejio @DisneyplusHSVIP You Tower depends on local power supply, once power supply is cut, your tower goes off as there are no power back up. We are fed up as if Power supply is trip for a sec also, the tower take around 15 to 20 sec to restart. Till that time, network is very low and internet speed too

Airtel literally starts calling you day and night if you tweet you wish to Port your number from @airtel to @ViCustomerCare or @reliancejio but that's only to waste more of your time & do nothing about the issue. Again am expecting calls from them but I am not wasting my time.

@JioCare Again a person called today asking what the problem is. I find it so amazing that after complaining for 10 times at least @reliancejio team still does not know what the problem is. I have asked many times to send the wiring team as it is a wiring issue in the main box.
