    And now I don't want to suffer with @Airtel_Presence with 40% price hike and poorer network connection as bad as 2G. And I think @reliancejio has better opportunity to increase their customer base by providing good service with the hike in price. Hope @JioCare fulfill our demands

    My jio sim is lost and I suspended it's service from my jio app but then also it's bill is generated 6306085463. For approx 469 rs how it can be generated if my services were suspended. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @Saurabh25007024 @reliancejio @11 @Asliambani Exactly the same happened with me. @JioCare only u r the one who fulfill costumer satisfaction simply doesn't loose ur customer and their faith on u by providing cheap services like @Airtel_Presence and @VodafoneIN

    @JioCare @JioCare I am facing severe network issues in my area from the last 3 years. Multiple complaints, emails to appellate authority and repeated assurances were given, but there is still no improvement. Since only Jio network works in our area. Kindly resolve this issue permanently.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I didn't received my refund for the cancelled order of Jio Airfiber. Even they didn't provide me service nor refund. Jio is the company of thieves.

    There is a network issue with Jio in my area every month, and we are unable to use Fiber properly. If you cannot provide services full-time, then how can you charge the full amount? This is not happening just once or twice it happens many times every month. @JioCare @TRAI

    @JioCare Jiofiber WiFi has been down since 2 days & I’m only getting repeated automated ETA messages with changing timelines. No proper support or clear update, and my work is getting impacted. If this isn’t resolved urgently, I’ll discontinue Jio and switch to Airtel wifi.

    @JioCare Thanks for the predefined responses. None of them make sense to me. My issue still persists. Nobody contacted me yet. Resolution time promised on the ticket has already crossed 12 hours before. Jio support sucks
