@reliancejio @DisneyplusHSVIP You Tower depends on local power supply, once power supply is cut, your tower goes off as there are no power back up. We are fed up as if Power supply is trip for a sec also, the tower take around 15 to 20 sec to restart. Till that time, network is very low and internet speed too

First we had tough time to start jii connections, we were told that there will be 2 months free connections; today just after 1st month my net & TV is down. This how Ambani’s style of fooling customers. Very bad!!!!!
