@JioCare Almost 2 weeks ago we faced @fiber_jio disconnect which ended up being disconnected for 5-6 days despite we were constantly trying to get in touch with their customer care and on the sixth day the problem was solved, we are facing the same problem now and we can't connect to care

Didn't expect so bad service from @JioCare @reliancejio . Did recharge online through gpay , payment done successfully and recharge is not successfully done. I cant even make call to customer care. Really disappointed!
