    Jio @JioCare network strength very slow sometime 5kbps at this location from 3 month please do something. Airtel @airtelindia network is very good at this location . @TRAI

    In the middle of the town there's a #4G network called @reliancejio gives the internet speed at maximum 52kbps. And if you try to contact customer support they've this excuse always since 2 years : "You're facing this issue because too many users using internet at the same time"

    @JioCare From 100 days jio is working on top priority and no reply In 199 plan no Amazon prime membership And once the the customer changes the plan to 199 plan Amazon prime membership is cancelled immediately and no auto renewal is done This is stated in the e bill copy only
