@reliancejio @JioCare mobile network near GD Goenka Public School (Pincode 181206), Tehsil Marh, Jammu, J&K is so poor that I'm unable to connect calls and surf internet. Kindly look into the issue and resolve it at the earliest otherwise I'll have to port my number to Airtel.

@JioCare Dear Fraudsters, I've completed my payment Rs 4240 for JIOFIBER at 11am today & ur agent told me that fiber+setup would be activate by 2-3 hour. But see, after 7 hours no updates yet neither he receiving my call. Jio customer care is patheic. Order No: NO0000N5NBVR

Pathetic @JioFibre @JioCare @reliancejio experience. First, they charged extra promising it is refundable, and now while relocating, they are saying that I have to take new connection and pay extra. Customer care has no resolution for the same.

@JioCare Finally STB replaced at last. Pls note that it was done after vigorous follow up only. So u hv done nothing new or extra ordinary. I was about to cancel my jio connection. Next time please don't take ur customers for granted.
