@JioCare jio cheat customers with their fiber plan. I hv taken plan with netflix but the app is not available on set top box. I raised issue 3 times in last 2.5 months, but it's never resolved. Also complaints are getting closed without resolution. My 3 months money is stolen.

@reliancejio did 1big mistake chossing jiofiber over airtel..... Issue was not resolved from last 5 days.... Already raised service request 5 times ..m getting the response that we are working from 5 days.... @JioCare agar issue resolv nh kar skte toh tell directly customers...
