@airtelindia, within four days of the previous tweet from worse internet connectivity, it becomes pathetic. There is no internet and no network coverage in my area from morning onwards. I was using my Mom @reliancejio to work from home. Need to port ASAP

@JioCare We r not having any issue with JIO services but the way advertisement played before any live telecast in Zee5 is pathetic.We completely loose our enthusiasm of watching Tv. Such long & repeated advertisement never seen in any cableTv services.Need to look in this matter

I am sorry to say that at present time the 4G data is worst than 2G. Jio is cheating the of customers . If Jio is will not improve their services then there is no options except to switch over to other network.@JioCare

@JioCare your sales person took 1500 for fiber connection on 6th March and cancelled order on 11th March. Still I didn't get my money back. The worst service of Jio, even cc persons not replying to my questions. Really wrost service at Raipur CG. Return my money now😡😡😡😡

@reliancejio FRAUD BY JIO NO0000GD9FVF. I Discontinued on 5th March. Care said device pick-up in 7 days but reschedule daily appointment by your customer care that Jio service engineer will visit Service ID 301049006510. But your engineer make false request that I cancel it. #jio

@JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Finally I have to resort to writing here as no response anywhere. Call center is extremely pathetic and clueless to resolve anything. they simply disconnect and are rude. Connection speed has become low, no bills, incomplete plans and no reply for emails.

@reliancejio @NetflixIndia Jio is a fraud they charged me rs.100/min instead of 12/min for ISD plan of Rs.501. I called the correct area code, no support via their email or customer care.
