    @JioCare Only our Area jio network failed and more than 500 jio user affected due to this, kindly start mobile tower equipment to start network. This is regular practice of network failure in our area. Kindly search permanent solution for same.

    Hey @reliancejio your Internet services suck!! Worst is when one complains your people don’t raise tickets until one fights. Then they give you a timing and automatically reschedule without the customers approval. Now it’s three days no connection. Btw this happens once a month. What kind of nonsensical service is this. Excuses given are jammers in Jails and all sorts of rubbish. I don’t live close to any secure facility. Fix it or remove it.

It was completely down from 6 PM to 10 PM yesterday and is still unusable today. My work is suffering as I can't even load basic pages. Please resolve this urgently!

    @AmazonHelp @JioCare Major system glitch! My 2-year JioFiber Prime Lite offer accidentally linked to my Amazon BUSINESS account. Consumer telecom offers shouldn't link to B2B accounts! Support is pointing fingers at each other. Please escalate to tech to revoke/reset the link AS
