    @reliancejio you network was good in mumbai dahisar kandarpada. But around 5-7 days we are facing a big problem in you network. call auto decline and internet speeds is below 100kb and due to this many works are pending. So I request you to solve this problem as soon as possible.

    Paid over 15k for the **** IR in last 4-5 months. I demand a full 100% refund of the **** IR. You can check all my WhatsApp chat history with IR customer care as proof. I’d rather take a local sim every time, would have saved me over 12k. Or switch to @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio I got a jio fibre connection 20 days ago. Now my internet is not working properly. I tried many times to contact you and your customer care executive but no one picked my phone and my problem isn't resolve yet. Shame on you. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio I lost JioFiber connection on 16th June at 4PM, after multiple restoration deadlines, after 3 days I got the service restored message, but it did not happen. A service request has scheduled an appointment on 22nd June. This response is pathetic.

    @JioCare JioFiber is not working since morning. Even MyJio app's Jio Home section is not working, which looks deliberate so that customers can't raise a ticket directly. Calling customer service is also useless as no one is picking calls. For how long will this issue continue?
