Issue like call drops, blank calls, calls not getting connected and even customer care not getting connected.

Again I rescheduled an engineer visit for 29.04.2026 b/w 6 to 7 pm but again it was rescheduled from backend without my consent. Despite multiple complaints to customer care and escalation to appellate authority, the issue is still unresolved. No engineer visit, no resolution timeline given.This level of service is unacceptable.
