After recent updates the app has become crap and only just only the initial add plays perfectly thereafter simply screen blank and it shows connection not available in spite of having good jio internet speed. @OfficialJioTV @JioCare @reliancejio

@openspeedtest @airtelindia @reliancejio Just took speed test on my mobile with 4g volte from few days Airtel network is the worst network. Issue like call drops, blank calls, calls not getting connected and even customer care not getting connected.

Along I that I complained thrice where when I first complained on August 15th a very disrespectful and rude @reliancejio executive came to resolve our query and was not at all following the covid norms. We ignored as it was national holiday.

A pathetic customer service by @reliancejio @JioCare I have Tele verified my new jio sim and even than I am not getting any network on the sim. Talked to the customer care two times. I haven't received any complaint number. Why to port sim to jio when we don't even get network.

@JioCare I really don't get, why this much time you needed? All you say, we are working on it and will get resolved. Are that toh we all know, oneday it will get fixed, but wht is the timeline and dont u think getting service less than days u paid for is inappropriate?

Never thought of making such tweet before. However due to the lack of customer service and satisfaction I am forced to do so. It has been more than a month since I have been complaining for poor @reliancejio fiber connectivity still no actions have been taken.
