@airtelindia Facing worst experience with Broadband N mbl connection. Frm Apr8th u are in unplanned maintenance. If you have everything with same ntwk (Broadband, mbl, dongle) you are ****** up. @reliancejio @JioCare plz let me know if u provide service in this area.#bad_service

Your sales person are offering fake offers to take the connection and once customer installed the connection than they will not pick call. Please look into this otherwise I have to file fraud complain against Jio Fiber @reliancejio @JioCare @MIB_India

@JioCare Had a very bad experience while gettung for a replacement sim from JJ store in Mumbai. Employee was pathetic and rude he didn't had change so i had to walk around for that and most important he didn't activate my sim yet as he got some ego issues. Plz help.

@JioCare @reliancejio . A simple query to the service id is unanswered.Status about refundable security deposit. Maybe Jio is not bothered about former subscribers? Amazing way to ensure the customer never ever changes her mind & becomes a customer again!

Guys switch to @JioCare no kidding, its super easy, you've to DM their Twitter team that's on service 24×7, they'll reply within few minutes & help u in getting a new sim, porting or resolving other queries, Prices are cheap compared to airtel & Customer Service is 10/10
