    @reliancejio @JioCare Hi team Jio, sorry to say this I am unhappy with the quality of service you guys are providing. It was awesome I made my family members to port from other operators to jio it was good until past 3 months back but after that day by day it started to... 1(2)

    @openspeedtest @airtelindia @reliancejio Just took speed test on my mobile with 4g volte from few days Airtel network is the worst network. Issue like call drops, blank calls, calls not getting connected and even customer care not getting connected.

    After recent updates the app has become crap and only just only the initial add plays perfectly thereafter simply screen blank and it shows connection not available in spite of having good jio internet speed. @OfficialJioTV @JioCare @reliancejio

    @ACTFibernet - ridiculous. Your network has been down in Whitefield Bangalore since 11 pm yesterday. I get a message saying you will resolve by tomorrow morning. Horrible experience. Time we replace ACT with @airtelindia or @reliancejio

    @JioCare Where's the update? You have been checking this for the past 2.5 months. How much more time is needed to resolve such simple issue? @realnitaambani with such efficiency how long Jio will remain Jio or this is all part of the bigger plan to fool the poor people of this country.

    I am having Worst experience of Jio Network @JioCare. More than Half validity is already expired of 90D Plan. No Responsibility, No Satisfactory Response, Nothing. I have been Complaining from last 1.5 Month, they says we'll solve in few days. Then they forget.

    @JioCare This is not the complaint. I am saying how come service engineer mentioned I requested for the hold of the visit. If you can't resolve the issue tomorrow I would request you to cancel my connection. I don't want this kind of service .I am paying for every day.

    @JioCare Still no response as discussed on call technician slot for 6.30 pm your technician called on 6.40 and said will come tomorrow how will that work we have office on Monday,, then customer care booked 7.30 slot still no one came no communication

    @JioCare @JioCare Stop giving generic troubleshooting steps. I’ve already restarted the router multiple times and your own diagnostics showed an outage issue. After 7+ days of downtime, this kind of response is unacceptable. Please provide a real resolution, not copy-paste replies.
