@airtelindia Facing worst experience with Broadband N mbl connection. Frm Apr8th u are in unplanned maintenance. If you have everything with same ntwk (Broadband, mbl, dongle) you are ****** up. @reliancejio @JioCare plz let me know if u provide service in this area.#bad_service

@reliancejio @JioCare Did a wrong recharge today by mistake, the amount difference was jus 2 rs, Yet Jio cant help to get a refund of the recharge nor help you to change your plan. 2021 and still you cant fix this silly mistake.

@JioCare @Gopisahab Actually, I also hate the message before the call is connected. Sometimes it's urgent and the recording keeps on playing. We know the recharge is due. You don't have to remind. If we forget it's on us, not you. Just because of one late recharge you won't lose the customer.

@JioCare There is network issue means , call disconnected while talking ,voice break, other people unable to connect every time jio network says switch off not reachable, we checked our all user phone to service center ,we are really fraid up with this network kindly do urgent
