    @airtelindia Facing worst experience with Broadband N mbl connection. Frm Apr8th u are in unplanned maintenance. If you have everything with same ntwk (Broadband, mbl, dongle) you are ****** up. @reliancejio @JioCare plz let me know if u provide service in this area.#bad_service

    Dear @JioCare and @airtelindia I am highly disappointed with the pathetic services you both are giving. I shifted from Airtel to Jio cz of network and services. Jio agent made me clear all the dues, pay extra money to Airtel. I did. Now suddenly @reliancejio has deactivated

    @JioCare I want to return my #jiophone that I purchased in Sep.2017, but neither any Jio outlet nor Jio service center in Saharanpur (UP) knows about return process. They said that they haven't any guideline about it. Please update.

    @reliancejio In Bargi Pin code- 482051 district- Jabalpur, from many days facing network issue, internet is slow and voice breaking while taking. I did complaint but nothing happend, now thinking to port the sim. This is not only my issue , in bargi all people are facing same.

    @reliancejio it's been 6 days that I am trying to Port to a jio. Thanks to @vodafonein1 @VodafoneIN_News Fraud of getting me to cancel my Port request I am stuck. Vodafone India has the worst customer service!! Getting me to cancel my Port by one of your employees posing as Jio
