After recent updates the app has become crap and only just only the initial add plays perfectly thereafter simply screen blank and it shows connection not available in spite of having good jio internet speed. @OfficialJioTV @JioCare @reliancejio

@openspeedtest @airtelindia @reliancejio Just took speed test on my mobile with 4g volte from few days Airtel network is the worst network. Issue like call drops, blank calls, calls not getting connected and even customer care not getting connected.

@JioCare I already spent the whole day searching for one in the Mumbai suburbs and after like 3 hrs of hunt and multiple jio store visit got one at Malad East ..which was overcrowded due to this very reason of sim card unavailability at other jio stores. Please help you jio stores

For a period of two months and more we are not getting proper internet speed with @reliancejio in our area with poor network. @TRAI should take step to stop such poor service from network operator. They are taking money but not providing the service associated. @JioCare
