@airtelindia Facing worst experience with Broadband N mbl connection. Frm Apr8th u are in unplanned maintenance. If you have everything with same ntwk (Broadband, mbl, dongle) you are ****** up. @reliancejio @JioCare plz let me know if u provide service in this area.#bad_service

@JioCare JioCare I'm unable to download bill from last 3 days. Called and emailed multiple time but no response. Worst service ever seen from customer support from Jio. Airtel customer support is much much better than Jio cs. They need only money but no service for even 2000 pm.

@reliancejio @JioCare It's been more than 2 months since I requested for termination of my JioFiber account as there is no service of JioFiber at new location. More than 10 service requests are created for device pickup but they get closed without resolution. Pathetic service!

@JioCare Likhne mein sharm aati hai ki nahi ? You should have dig out root cause why engineers couldnot fix a problem. I know cancelled amount will be credited and iam not worried about it. Bus template copy paste karo aur chutti paao.

Dear @reliancejio ; why your employees are so irresponsible ? I’m in Dehradun and i odered a jio fibre. Payment was done on Monday (10-10-22). Your engineers are continually rescheduling my order ; some times they don’t receive calls. Kindly help. @JioCare @reliancejio
