  Adding to my other past, I have called jio customer care around 30 to 40 times and the answer is the same. We will solve it surely and i am asked to wait. Every time I call they say the ticket is closed by backend team without my consent and nothing is solved. @JioCare

  @JioCare how to cancel your engineer visit. My internet was not working then I started chatting with jiocare and meantime my internet got fix, I conveyed the same to jiocare through chatting, but jiocare ashish not even listen and forcely fix appointment with engineer, why?
