After recent updates the app has become crap and only just only the initial add plays perfectly thereafter simply screen blank and it shows connection not available in spite of having good jio internet speed. @OfficialJioTV @JioCare @reliancejio

@openspeedtest @airtelindia @reliancejio Just took speed test on my mobile with 4g volte from few days Airtel network is the worst network. Issue like call drops, blank calls, calls not getting connected and even customer care not getting connected.

@JioCare i live in bemina sector-12 srinagar , but the service is available only upto 500m from our house! i have requested you many times for a jio connection ...but the answer has always been 'coming soon' and its been years since jio fiber has reached here in my vicinity but not to us
