    @airtelindia Facing worst experience with Broadband N mbl connection. Frm Apr8th u are in unplanned maintenance. If you have everything with same ntwk (Broadband, mbl, dongle) you are ****** up. @reliancejio @JioCare plz let me know if u provide service in this area.#bad_service

    @JioCare Jio fiber down since 08/08/22. 17th has gone by. Jio is yet to act. Shameful. Very poor QoS. There seems to be no accountability or time frame for redressal. Deplorable.

    @JioCare Service ID : 299043559808. JIO FIBER. Anantha Padmanabhan. Chennai. East Anna Nagar, K Block, Door No 50. Same problem persists (external fault in your line since last one hour). No change made internally. Light blinking RED. Repeatedly it is faulty for last three days.
