    @JioCare My Jio Number is 9877129381. Every time I complain your executive say due to high no of Jio user in government college your internet speed is down but it is your problem not mine. It is matter of all time.

    @JioCare Your internet service is very bad in Government College Malerkotla Punjab 148023. Every time I complain your executive say we will fix it but till now it's not fixed. 6 complain I register to u about it. Please shut down your company if you are not able to fix it .😤

    @airtelindia I think I make a mistake to chose u over @reliancejio. 8 kbps speed in the name of 4G network .

    @JioCare you have increased the recharge rate but your network is worse like 2G.either you can rectify the problem otherwise I will port

    @JioCare @reliancejio I raised service disruption tickets twice today, yet there has been no resolution. The assigned technical engineer, Mr. Balakrishna, was supposed to visit but neither showed up nor responded to my repeated calls.

    My Jio Fiber connection (number 1205262917) has been down for four days. I have spoken to and chatted with customer care 20 times. I have even received calls from 10 Jio employees, yet no one has shown up. I am appalled by such terrible service from @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio I also contacted customer support, but instead of resolving the issue, I was simply asked to reschedule the service slot. This is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience.

    @JioCare I’m tired of following up. I need a solution, not repeated assurances. You already have my complaint number—now tell me when and how this issue will be resolved. If it isn’t fixed immediately, I’ll switch to another provider.

    Hello @JioCare, I requested a connection transfer from Hyd to Blr last month. The device was picked up on 14th June, but the scheduled 16th June installation never happened. Multiple calls to Fiber Care and follow-ups with executives have yielded no results. Pls resolve this ASAP
