@JioCare They are constantly holding my req again and again stated that "service engineer did not get access to your premises".This is so much frustrating. It's been almost 4 days since my internet is down. I'm facing lots of difficulties due to this.

@JioCare @TRAI while receiving call from other operator network there's a call issue with no caller sound and while I am placing call to other operator number same issue with a cost deduction of 6paisa....what's business is it jio is making....

@Shubham21310168 @JioCare Very well observation and reply. This is absolutely true. Think about single sim users. Nobody can call them. Today I had about 12 calls which if received then no conversation took place because of the network. Sometimes I miss so important a call that I just think of 'Porting'.

@JioCare The service of your JioFiber is so much pathetic in our area.I'm facing issue with the internet and I have launched complaints multiple times but the service engineer has never visited.They even didn't contact me once.

@JioCare I am not able too call. It is happening again and again.if u can't short out please deny us to offer services so that we can switch to another network.i think u don't run towers with generator to save fuel cost.

@JioCare Book jio fiber today 15 days. jio employee is not serious about work. i am canceling my booking and in future i will never associate with jio and will not give advice to my colleagues. It was a very disgusting experience.will file a defamation case in court NO0000HH33U3

@JioCare I am trying to reach customer care executive on 1991 & 198. I am surprised to know that there is no option to reach. Isn't it unethical to close a channel for customers who want to talk to executive for different problems. Please tell me how to contact them.

Jio is not relocating my connection. from last 3 days after slot book I get msg that your service has been put on hold,Once a service agent visited but he denied to relocate he said "opt new connection, we don't have relocation provision in jio".@reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare ok I texted you in personal chat .To clarify the issue the BTS is around 1.5 to 2km from my location but still I'm getting 1 bar in signal strength . kindly look into this.i have 2 corporate jio doungle aswell even those are not able to access your network.
