Nobody can call them. Today I had about 12 calls which if received then no conversation took place because of the network. Sometimes I miss so important a call that I just think of 'Porting'.

It's been almost 4 days since my internet is down. I'm facing lots of difficulties due to this.

H (@kotadkaake) reported@JioCare Hi team, I got a replacement SIM after recharging my deactivated number. I inserted it after about 20 days. The phone detects the Jio SIM, but it shows 'Unknown number' and 'Not registered on network.' Please check whether the replacement SIM was activated.

dev (@2611devesh) reported@JioCare when electricity cut the network goes down data stops working. Here at Noida sec 66/ mamura gali no 2. Last time it was happened at 22:12-13 . You can check the logs . And pls put all the network on power backup. I can share my contact you can check reg-dreg status.
