@JioCare @TRAI while receiving call from other operator network there's a call issue with no caller sound and while I am placing call to other operator number same issue with a cost deduction of 6paisa....what's business is it jio is making....

@JioCare The service of your JioFiber is so much pathetic in our area.I'm facing issue with the internet and I have launched complaints multiple times but the service engineer has never visited.They even didn't contact me once.

@Shubham21310168 @JioCare Very well observation and reply. This is absolutely true. Think about single sim users. Nobody can call them. Today I had about 12 calls which if received then no conversation took place because of the network. Sometimes I miss so important a call that I just think of 'Porting'.

@reliancejio @TRAI I'm using Jio sim since last 03 years. Network coverage is very bad in my area. Calling is not done properly on the phone. The network coverage inside the house is absolutely zero. Internet speed is mostly 5-10 kbps. Call drop and not getting sound properly.

@JioCare Without resolving, checking at location you people are closing the case.. we are unable to receive calls and msg which important for my job.. two days complaint registered till now nothing works. I think have to switch to @airtelindia..
