@JioCare @TRAI while receiving call from other operator network there's a call issue with no caller sound and while I am placing call to other operator number same issue with a cost deduction of 6paisa....what's business is it jio is making....

@Shubham21310168 @JioCare Very well observation and reply. This is absolutely true. Think about single sim users. Nobody can call them. Today I had about 12 calls which if received then no conversation took place because of the network. Sometimes I miss so important a call that I just think of 'Porting'.

@amaanbali @reliancejio It is TRAI, as the portability request number is not specifically different for each service provider, it's a common number to send request.

@reliancejio suppose a customer has in his or her account 2900 minutes left ,than for the customers losing the IUC balace clearly mean losing ₹174 i.e. an excellent opportunity for jio to make earning.plz do make clear if jio is going to credit a/c balance as per IUC balance

Uninstallation of jio fiber connection with set top Box order no CO000098FPMB is pending since nov24 2020in case anyone at jio services is monitoring customer feedback, which i suspect is highly unlikely @JioCare @reliancejio
