    @JioCare @TRAI while receiving call from other operator network there's a call issue with no caller sound and while I am placing call to other operator number same issue with a cost deduction of 6paisa....what's business is it jio is making....

    @JioCare @TRAI TRAI should do something about the poor services provided by telecoms in our area. Every second day there is no network at all. I have lodged several complaints regarding it but all went in vain. It's been more than 30 hours but no network in my area. Shame on u

    @JioCare And finally, your team closed the request without addressing it. This is absolutely pathetic service in a metro city Hyderabad. Don't understand how #Jio is looking to expand wings to other smaller towns.

    @JioCare It is still the same. No one has reached me yet and the status gets updated as rescheduled for the next day. If you cannot resolve this, just process my refunds. I'm happy to exit from a ****** service.

    @airtelindia absolutely pathetic service, despite airtel black. Internet lines down; response from airtel - complaint "may" get "closed" in 24 hrs. Are we living in medieval times? 24 hrs!!! Crazy. Deep regrets. @reliancejio I want to take your services now
