@JioCare @TRAI while receiving call from other operator network there's a call issue with no caller sound and while I am placing call to other operator number same issue with a cost deduction of 6paisa....what's business is it jio is making....

@Shubham21310168 @JioCare Very well observation and reply. This is absolutely true. Think about single sim users. Nobody can call them. Today I had about 12 calls which if received then no conversation took place because of the network. Sometimes I miss so important a call that I just think of 'Porting'.

@JioCare This is a clear indication of sugarcoating your service.. But realities are far away.. Rescheduling service calls atleast 5 times and then pretending not to know anything can certainly be an art of handling behind bush.. @reliancejio

@JioCare My professional work is getting hampered coz of u guys since the internet is off. Every 2nd day I have this issue. No technical support is provided and this is utter negligence from ur side. Will sue u guys, if by 2morrow my internet doesn't work. Nd pls waive my bill.
