@JioCare The service of your JioFiber is so much pathetic in our area.I'm facing issue with the internet and I have launched complaints multiple times but the service engineer has never visited.They even didn't contact me once.

@Shubham21310168 @JioCare Very well observation and reply. This is absolutely true. Think about single sim users. Nobody can call them. Today I had about 12 calls which if received then no conversation took place because of the network. Sometimes I miss so important a call that I just think of 'Porting'.

@JioCare we hve 18 jio dongles which I recently recharged but unfortunately today none of them are working. Today jio services and customer care services are not working and Relationship managers are also on leave in Chennai so no support as usual.we also have to see the altrnatv
