    @JioCare They are constantly holding my req again and again stated that "service engineer did not get access to your premises".This is so much frustrating. It's been almost 4 days since my internet is down. I'm facing lots of difficulties due to this.

    @JioCare I don't have any backup connection and if this continues then I have to switch for a better connection. Please try to resolve this and try to improve the after sales service in our area.

    @JioCare @TRAI while receiving call from other operator network there's a call issue with no caller sound and while I am placing call to other operator number same issue with a cost deduction of 6paisa....what's business is it jio is making....

    @JioCare The service of your JioFiber is so much pathetic in our area.I'm facing issue with the internet and I have launched complaints multiple times but the service engineer has never visited.They even didn't contact me once.

    @Shubham21310168 @JioCare Very well observation and reply. This is absolutely true. Think about single sim users. Nobody can call them. Today I had about 12 calls which if received then no conversation took place because of the network. Sometimes I miss so important a call that I just think of 'Porting'.

    @JioCare What exactly are customers paying for? 4 days without internet, repeated complaints, fake "technician assigned" messages, and zero action from your team. This is a disgrace for a company of Jio's scale. Stop sending scripted replies and start resolving issues. If you can't provide service, don't take customers' money. Resolve this immediately before I escalate it legally. #JioFiber #PoorService #WorstService

    @reliancejio @JioCare would you care to assist me on getting my eSim converted to a physical Sim, since it’s been more than 10 days, I visited multiple Jio stores which are now Reliance Digital, and none of them have the Jio support rep to assist.

    @JioCare Unable to send the massage. Here I'm describing the issue. I've recharged every month for Rs. 719 for 5G unlimited internet access. But this is very unfortunate that every time got 4G connectivity and the ent speed is too worst. Why you are looting us.

    @JioCare 3 days without internet and still no resolution. Your team keeps sending "technician assigned" messages, but no technician ever arrives. If you can collect bills on time, at least provide the service customers are paying for. This level of negligence is unacceptable. Fix this ASAP. #JioFiber #PoorService

    JioFiber's service is pathetic. When I call customer support, the IVR just gives scripted responses with no option to speak to an assistant. Even on JioCare WhatsApp, the assistant insists on solving the issue itself

    Unacceptable. 48+ hours of outage and Jio still has no concrete update beyond the same template message. Customers have lost productivity, time, and money. Full compensation and immediate restoration are expected. @JioCare @reliancejio

    "Hey @JioCare what's the point of calling it 5G when it performs like 2G or 3G? Instead of just increasing tariff plans, focus on improving network quality and reliability.
