    @ViCustomerCare network still not restored. I think, porting in @reliancejio will be better option. My patients are facing issues due to lack of connectivity with me. Please do the needful. Otherwise @reliancejio here I come.

    @JioCare Only our Area jio network failed and more than 500 jio user affected due to this, kindly start mobile tower equipment to start network. This is regular practice of network failure in our area. Kindly search permanent solution for same.

    @JioCare The voucher was valid till today to avail its benefits but now it's not showing in the view/redeem section although I have not recharged using the voucher. Kindly help or else there will be no option left rather to cancel my jio fiber connection

    Being a part of a jio family plan is there no option to get network coverage in other countries? @reliancejio @JioCare why was I asked to do international roaming recharges in that case (well twice) ? Anyone else has any idea? @reliancejio you are in need of better agents!!
