    @kaustubhk17 @JioCare They have only same reply just copying and pasted to customers.They are on sleeping mode and looting from customer's hard earned money. Very pathetic network as of now even @JioCare have no response. Secondly this is not temporary it's been since long.

    No Solution yet , You are looting to customers only. There is no any machainsm available at your end to check on the location by the network engineers. nobody responded yet.@JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Long Awaited revert at your end..Shame on you guys..

    @reliancejio worst company I took jio postpaid plan and never took complimentary subscription of Amazon prime later I downgrade my plan after few months again I upgrade my plan and they are telling me that I'm doing fraud. I better switch to other company than this crap @JioCare

    @JioCare Services were restored on 11 march. 23rd feb to 11th march I was without any service and help. Only received voucher for 7 days. Is this a valid compensation? Help with the compensation for the days impacted. @reliancejio

    @reliancejio pls friends never ever recharge from jio worst internet in my area not even 3g browsing speed ,complained many times ,still no correction , agar 2g speed dena tha toh 4g kyun krke beche ????naa call naa internet bas phone lekar ghumte rhe ,😡dont recharge friends

    @JioCare its been almost 3 weeks now, even the technicians have said its a router issue for the Jio Fibre but still hasnt been changed. Following up since a long time now...almost speaking to customer care everyday. You gonna loose a customer soon.

    @JioCare we have given complaints how your sales man cheated us in Jio Fibernet installation but no response from JIO CARE inspite of sending details in DM. Poor management of JIO and disrepute to RELIANCE

    @JioCare Such a poor network your network has. Frequently it's down even in main areas of Trichy,Tamilnadu. Totally frustrated I am going to change my network.
