@kaustubhk17 @JioCare They have only same reply just copying and pasted to customers.They are on sleeping mode and looting from customer's hard earned money. Very pathetic network as of now even @JioCare have no response. Secondly this is not temporary it's been since long.

Haven't faced a worse customer service and fraud than jiofiber. To sell new connections and get extra money, there is no response to relocation requests. I have raised relocation request on 30th May, which has been postponed to the next day continuously. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare I have been informed by local support that your so called O&M support will travel across - Rewa to Sidhi - 77 Km's and then will address the issue. You do not have basic infrastructure to replace a cable in Sidhi??? More than 24 hours past, just a ticket raised. @reliancegroup
