    @kaustubhk17 @JioCare They have only same reply just copying and pasted to customers.They are on sleeping mode and looting from customer's hard earned money. Very pathetic network as of now even @JioCare have no response. Secondly this is not temporary it's been since long.

    @TheNationalist_ @reliancejio @JioCare Worst, whenever I try to speak to customer care of Jio, even though I select language option of Kannada or English, calls will always be directed to Hindi speaking executives. Is this service only limited to Hindi speaking people ? Have you faced the same issue ?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi Jio Team, This is really a pathetic service from JioFiber, I had discontinued the JioFiber connection & was supposed to get my refund of INR 2500 within 2 weeks but it's already been 8 weeks. Do you guys really want to refund or not ?? Please answer.
