    @JioCare There is something grossly wrong with the customer service team. My first request which I had request was closed on its own. The second request which was raised by the customer service team on their own is now closed too , stating that the technical team has resolved the issue .

    @JioCare Sir we have been solely transferred all our communication network to jio since few months ..one of contact 06513511085. Contacted several times ,service concerned PPL have ignored picking calls stating we are helpless . Do the needfull

    Service id 300852656323. I am just waiting for my refund from last two months. Still not got my money. Only fake date was given every time. Worst customer service. Please refund my amount. From now I will never suggest jio to anyone @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare @JioCare . No one has called or visited yet. Request I had raised earlier has been closed on its own. New level ( read pathetic) of customer sevice on display here . Lost count of how many chats and calls I have made to your service team. No one has reached out yet from @JioCare
