    @JioCare No I want a real technician visiting. Secondly I want to know why the connection is slow and why is it breaking up so often. It's pathetically patchy. Please monitor it from your end. I'm not using VPN.

    @JioCare Refund of Rs. 2500.00 has been initiated for cancellation of JioFiber Order Number NO0000H67XOW. The refund amount will reflect in your Mobile Wallet account within 10 working days…this is the solution of wait!!! Accepting money and then cancelling commection after 15days

    @JioCare @reliancejio We (here in Madhubani, Bihar) don't get to use the internet service even if we are in full network area. And 85% of users have been facing this issue since the day you started providing their services in our locality.
