    @JioCare And when you say an update, all i recieve is an SMS with a probable resolution deadline, and on Myjio app I see it being assigned to a person without any contact details, so any update that you provide to a user is useless because there is no reason, nor ability to contact.

    @JioCare im the postpaid user but when I try to do the browsing I'm unable to do the same( very pathetic experience ever), in the same network your app is not responding due to network issue, you can see my account the plan data is still present, then why do I pay for the plan?

    I am using Jio fibre from more than 1 year but in the last 6 months there is a serious problem, that connection gets lost in our area and 10-15 houses get affected, it gets resolved in 2-3 days but no permanent solution. @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio @JioCare #jiodown #jiofibre

    @JioCare my installation partner Shiva who has been great help providing POC, n customer care which is a pain to reach out to as there is no option to directly get in touch with a person, N evn the person has no clarity to why they didn't show up as there is no comments on the ticket.
