More than 10 complaints and no complaints were addressed immediately. Minimum 3 days. Even now, our issue is not solved after repeated follow up. Poor service

Engineer appointed yesterday to come at 19:00-20:00 hrs but instead of coming misbehaved. Again call scheduled for today and engineer says will not come as it's not his area. Kindly look into it.
