    I have not used my data even then my whole data was deducted at same night. This is totally a scam, trying to call your customers care number but call not connecting, please resolve my problem otherwise am going to port my number today itself @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio Thanks My self SAMARJEET NARAYAN Had registered for Jio fiber connection on 14/10/2020, at 189 COOPERATIVE COLONY, BOKARO STEEL CITY 827001 People who registered on 19/10 were given connection today, but no help, no connection. We are very Sr Citizens. Request Help

    @JioCare It's 8 days since the first I complained on 23td Dec 20. Really losing my trust now. There is no follow up other than your replies on twitter. Ping is still 100+ on 100 Mbps plans. No solution, neither any calls from your side.

    @JioCare @TRAI please take action against the Jio. Charge for the internet but service not giving properly. Internet are down from 4-6 days no one are responding to tweet. If we are paying then jio are responsible for then service they gives. @TCCPR2

    @JioCare Issue still not resolved technical engineer came & fixed few things but issue is still not resolved. It was supposed to be fixed 3 days back but things are getting delayed without any proper explanation we are following up everyday but no benefit.
