Feel lucky if you get it rectified in 3-4 days. Nobody listens at @JioCare from top to bottom. This is in Delhi where every service is delivered in 5 min.

Called customer care multiple times, and every time they said, “Yes, it’s a backend issue” and raised another Service Request. Multiple SRs have been raised, but still no refund processed.
