    @JioCare my local area not a available safi cation network Everyday only buffering and not file load and reload . Please help me. some days try costumer care not a help me. But I thing port my @reliancejio number.

    Terrible service by @reliancejio at my location , all 4 members in my family were using JIO , i already left and thinking to stop using jio of all rest 3 members of my family, jio becomes worst @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio 5G speed in 25.0625001, 72.6716959 has been extremely poor (like 2G/3G) for nearly a week. Itis impossible to use internet due to constant buffering. Since we r paying for 5G recharges, we expect better service. Pls fix net speed issue in this area urgently.

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio - I have applied for a sim which is a ownership transfer from my father's name to mine. It's been 60 days and still no update. Update done in @RelianceDigital, Chrompet. Please help asap. Sim is used mainly for otps.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My Reliance Jio SIM got deactivated 2 days ago, no network at all. Went to store & they said ₹399 recharge is mandatory to reactivate 🤔 Is this actually true or can a smaller plan work? Anyone faced this?

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio today's whole day went without wifi/network down. Our neighbours are also facing the same issue. Probably I'm facing this issue of network down like for the 6-7th time since 2025. Im fed up of this & keeps other work pending. Please resolve it soon!

    @reliancejio I received multiple messages from you that on recharging with 3599 pack I would get @JioHotstar for tv as well as for mobile. But after recharge I am only able to use it on my mobile. your customer executives are not able to solve my issue,
