    @JioCare the day i took jiofiber connection network issue is coming your customer care is always unreachable as usual and in ujjain jio fiber office a peon is handling all complain no responsible person was thr ur company is doing fraud with customers return my 2500/-

    @reliancejio Can u ask senior mgt to intervene and get the pole infront of my house activated, my jiofibr no = 8079606858, Today the enginr again says tomorrow it will be done, - my connection problem is pending since 8 days. Im writing to CEO via speedpost to inform this.

    @JioCare @reliancejio #JioFiber I have been trying to get my Jio Fiber connection shifted but you are rescheduling the appointment on your own without informing me. I have raised 3 service requests so far but not one person has called. Very pathetic service !!

    @JioCare That you team for the wonderful solution in your private message box In my current location your team is installing jio fiber connections but unable to do the uninstallation service wooowwwww what a service.

    @JioCare I am fed up of you all. No one among your ground staff is answering the call. No one on twitter DM is helpful. Your IVR can't provide help regarding connection. Is there anyone I can talk to over call? Connect me to a human, and if you cannot, I want my INR4949/- back ASAP.
