  @JioCare after multiple complain,now your customer care doesn't pick my cal and inside my house i am not getting phone signal. No nonsense company that everytime we do complain wait u for 2 days and automatically resolution ends without any help. Waste of money

  @JioCare @reliancejio Applied for a jio fiber connection on Aug 5th. One agent came and made me pay for 1 year. Not got the connection nor KYC or cancellation. The guy tells that he wont come and set it right and that i can give police complaint. His mobile no is 7348936339

  @reliancejio @JioCare My JioFiber benefits issue reported on July 3 is STILL unresolved. I accidentally selected the wrong benefit and requested a reset to “Full Value Back Vouchers.” It has now been 60+ days with no resolution despite repeated assurances.

  @JioCare The technician assign (9231422752 orde NO0001FAPKJY ) is now being extremely rude . After 10+ calls today, he told me: "Don't call me,I won't answer your calls." 14 days with NO device, No internet with false solution,and now customer harassment! Action needed now! @reliancejio

  My Wi-Fi complaint is still NOT resolved, but your app is incorrectly showing the service request as “Completed.” The technician assigned to the issue is also not responding to my calls, and when he does answer, he speaks rudely and unprofessionally.@JioCare
