    Worst experience with @JioCare having postpaid connection but getting worst network at @SSSTShirdi #shridi instead of 5g getting 4g network and connection very poor.

    @JioCare Stop with the generic replies, Shashank.5 days of 'processing' and zero answers. I asked for an SLA, not a script. Stop prolonging this and provide a definitive resolution date. Your 'earliest' is already 5 days too late. Looks like service standards are non-existent.

    @JioCare I have been a JioFiber subscriber for a long time. On 06-04-2026, I lodged a complaint (Service Request ID: SR0000357QR3) regarding the disconnection of my JioFiber (No. +91-3817960450).  The scheduled date for the engineer’s visit was 7-4-26, but no one has come.

    @JioCare Understand the issue first. The cancellation happened because of poor hardware quality and non availability of proper hardware.

    @JioCare @JioCare This is the same repeated response. Please specify the exact installation date and time. “Future date” and “soon” are not acceptable after 20+ days delay. If you cannot provide a confirmed schedule, initiate full refund immediately. Complaint already filed with NCH.

    @JioCare Since 6-May-26 you have only rescheduled engineer visits while my JioFiber remains completely down. I don’t even know what outcome to expect now. If @MukeshAmbanima faced this issue, would Jio still delay resolution for 4+ days with no accountability? Contd 1/2

    @JioCare Why would you not understand my issue and again and again asked one thing.! I clearly said that other 1200/- was not refunded into the bank account , 1624/- was refunded and credited into the bank account. Also I send all screenshots of debit and credit history.
