    @JioCare You guys have a pathetic on ground service. Booked a service complaint at 5.15 PM since my wifi suddenly stopped working with a red light on modem. It is 10.05 PM and nobody came to fix this even when I was promised thrice by customer care that they will fix it today.

    @JioCare @JioCare Your customer support team has already rescheduled the engineer visit 5 times, but no one has arrived yet. It has been more than 24 hours without service, and every time we contact customer care, we receive the same response that the visit has been rescheduled.

    @JioCare I've made 20+ calls to Jio Customer Care in the last 2 days. Every time, I get a new promised resolution time, but the issue remains unresolved. Such poor service from Jio. Do customers have no value at all? #JioFiber #CustomerService #PoorService

    @JioCare My neighbour has connections with @reliancejio fiber they use internet than why my connection is outage please sent technician otherwise please cancle my connection and pay my amount return

    @prakharashukla @JioCare Today is Day 3 of this unresolved issue. Instead of fixing the original complaint, they’ve created yet another escalation request and pushed the resolution to tomorrow—if they decide to act on it. At this point, it feels like they’re managing tickets, not solving customer problem
