Please stop giving me repeated time slots that are not honoured. I need this escalated to a senior service manager and a proper permanent resolution, not another rescheduled appointment.

bhavseh (@bhavseh) reported@JioCare I was promised a solution of a cellular network dead zone within 180 days back in March 2025. I have recieved no resolution or update. Multiple DMs to this account have been ignored. Now at the current time instead of fixing the cellular dead zone at my workplace now there is a cellular dead zone at my home also.

This is horrible explaining each time again and again to a cc exec who refuses to listen. Cancelling should not be treated as a crime!
